perfect location.great pool area with 5 pools at differentwater temperatures and nice on site restaurant.the condo itself met all of our expectations-clean,spacious,and wellequipped.a nice feature was the drinking water filtration system,the host always kept us well informed and made the initial access a breeze.nearby restaurants were excellent

PV vacation

Love the view and the sound of the ocean. The little cafe was wonderful. People here were helpful and friendly.

Great location, Condo & facility...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo and the view was very good. It was very comfortable and well appointed. The facility and recreational offerings were maintained to a high standard. The on-site restaurant was surprisingly good and affordable. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was also excellent. My wife and I highly recommend this condo!

I love the Grand Venetian!

We had a great trip in PV. The Grand Venetian is amazing and this unit is so well appointed and comfortable! The balcony view is remarkable - I could’ve sat there the whole trip! I agree with other reviewers, a keypad entry would be nice.

A little slice of heaven!

Great location, beautiful view, & well maintained property. Only two issues: very uncomfortable bed, and the music blasting from beach club below from Wednesday till Sunday. Finally had quiet for our final two days.

We had a few problems but they were quickly rectified by the Management Company. Great location but a bit noisy on weekends because of night club across the river.

Our host, Luke, was wonderful and responded promptly to my questions. When there was also a problem with one of our door locks and a minor issue with the toilet, Luke took care of things immediately. He sent men to fix the issues the next day. They were fast, polite and efficient. The Grand Venetian is amazing! We loved our condo, the beautiful spacious balcony, the pool area, and spectacular view! It was a wonderful holiday!

A great escape.

I am familiar with this property, having stayed here in previous years in a 2 bedroom in tower 2000. This unit did not disappoint me. The care manager Luke was very helpful and immediately response to any issue or request.

Amazing! This is a relaxing great unit. Quite, clean, the view is unmatched! The pool at the GV is so beautiful that we went everyday for 2 weeks. We spoke to other folks staying here and most units do not have a water purification system- this one does. They had many extras- lots of towels - beach items- plenty of laundry soap and supplies. We even got grooming kits. We would live here if we could. Thank you for everything/ we can not wait to return!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS

Everything was as described in listing, many added touches, with condiments, water and the most comfortable bed..loved having 2 full bathrooms. Alejandra was so sweet and answered all our questions quickly. Also the patio furniture in our condo was so comfortable, unlike our friends staying at same complex. 🤗👍

Love the Grand Venetian

The unit was spotless and very well maintained with all the needed appliances, furniture (indoor and outdoor). First class communication with Alejandra at Mexpat realtors, couldn’t have been more helpful. The view is spectacular, we saw lots of whales from the balcony and enjoyed watching the skydivers landing right in from of the facility. Especially nice having two bathrooms in the unit and well stocked with all of the bathroom necessities. We did find the bed to be quite small and uncomfortable even with the 3” mattress topper. In addition a ceiling fan in the bedroom would be recommended as the stand up fan didn’t cut it as it was noisy and there is little ventilation in the bedroom. Lastly, we have stayed in another unit at GV in the past with keyless entry, eliminating the need to carry a physical key around all day with the worry of losing it. I’d suggest this upgrade be made as it’s a low cost item but very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again.
