Beautifully updated 2 bdrms, 2 bath townhome w/ a 2car garage and additional parking to the south of the home. Completely equipped to host your family vacation. Situated at the base of the Sandia Mtns this home is ideal for running, biking &hiking it is within minutes to amazing trails, and running & biking paths. Approximately 3 minutes to the Tram, with access to the Sandia Ski Area. Enjoy the amazing sunset view! You are going to love this place! Make it your place to stay while visiting NM!

Welcome! Enjoy the entire townhome! Two car garage. One garage opener will be left for access. Please do not take off with the garage opener! Three cozy beds, with fresh linens! Two full baths with, fresh towels, washer and dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and wash. Make sure to take advantage of the beautiful Mountain View from the courtyard!
Other items, steamer, blankets, coffee maker, reverse osmosis at the kitchen sink (filtered water), plates, glassware, silver, servings dishes, and much more.
Cable, internet, and TVs in all rooms. Enjoy!
