Long term stay

I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I personally did not feel comfortable there, but she keeps a nice and clean rental and can be a perfect place for a short vacation.

Haley is a young student who rented the studio apartment. However the apartment is set up for a more mature renters. The first day she moved in I went to meet her. I reminded her of our policy for visitation and sleep overs. She told me she understood. Her mom came with her on the first day and physically moved around the furniture without asking if it's allowed. Haley kept breaking the visitation policy by having sleep overs
