The property is very close to hospitals, Colleges, Botanical Garden, Bronx Zoo. Walking distance to Pelham Bay park and the public Beach (Orchard Beach) it is also good for biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing and more.
City Island is also know for the most famous Seafood Restaurants, local bars, cafes and more. Walking distance to the supermarket, and bank. This property is a great place to rest after a hard work day. Your will love it, just seating in the garden listening the water sound, looking at the sunrise make the difference.

Great stay

i had a great stay at the property. it is located very conveniently in city island, with walkable shops and restaurants, and easy car access to manhattan. hosts are lovely and communicate perfectly whenever anything is needed. i would recommend this to anybody looking to stay in the area.
