Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Gerolstein, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 24 km from the lake, 100 m from the stream, in the countryside. For shared use: indoor pool heated (70 m2, depth 130 cm) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), petting farm. Private: garden with lawn. In the complex: restaurant, bar, breakfast room, lounge, billiard table, trampoline, sun terrace. Bread roll service possible (extra). Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, shopping centre 3 km, bicycle rental 6 km, bus stop "Gerolstein" 3 km, railway station "Gerolstein" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 3.2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 3 km, minigolf 50 m, riding stable 4 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Kylltal, Burg Eltz. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Pulvermaar 24 km. Please note: car recommended. The forest holiday park also has air hockey and outdoor chess. Facilities for shared use (some extra). Wood for the fireplace in the properties can be purchased at reception for an additional charge.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room 9 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms 6 m2, each room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchenette 5 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 30 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: baby cot (extra), logs (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. The house has a closed fireplace.

Urlaub inmitten der Natur

Ruhige naturnahe Lage mit Erholungsfaktor. Schön eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit guter etwas in die Jahre gekommener Ausstattung.Netter Empfang, sehr nettes Personal. Ausgerichtet auf niederländische Gäste. Daher leider nur Bücher auf niederländisch, sowie ausschließlich niederländische Fernsehsender empfangbar.
