For shared use: swimming pool fenced (17 x 8 m, depth 120 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Parking at 40 m. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop "Port Grimaud" 4.6 km, sandy beach "Port Grimaud" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, sailing school 8 km. Nearby attractions: Port Grimaud 6 km, Sainte Maxime 12 km, Saint-Tropez 13 km, Plages de Pampelonne 20 km, Nice 110 km, Monaco 130 km. Sehr schöne Lage. Fernseher funktionierte bei uns nicht. Vielleicht lag es aber an der Bedienung. War auch nicht relevant. Leider stand uns der Pool aufgrund von Reinigungsarbeiten nicht zur Verfügung. Nicht tragisch, aber schade. Wir würden wieder buchen und waren in Gänze zufrieden.

Anlage schön, Wohnung renovierungsbedürf

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen am Berg in einer privaten Anlage. Jedoch ist die Wohnung selbst in einem recht ungepflegten Zustand. Die Aufteilung an sich ist sehr schön. Alles ist schon älter, das ist kein Problem. Aber gepflegt wird sie nicht. Was aber, glaube ich, an der Reinigungsfirma liegt. Es war ziemlich dreckig. Wir selbst putzten als erstes Boden und Oberflächen. Danach fühlten wir uns wohler. Sofa und Betten (nicht die Matratzen) waren fleckig.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen, beinhaltet aber im Grunde alles was man braucht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top, ruhig und mit einem guten Blick auf St. Tropez. Der Pool ist ein Gewinn. Wir kommen gerne wieder, würden aber versuchen ein modernes Appartement in der Anlage zu buchen.

Merveilleux !

Une superbe location dans un cadre idyllique. Le domaine Les silhouettes regroupe une trentaine de petites maisonnettes. C’est très très calme puisqu’inaccessible en voiture : on se gare en bas puis ensuite le domaine est composé de magnifiques petites ruelles piétonnes. Vue mer magique depuis la grande piscine où un très grand nombre de transats vous attend ! Le seul bémol s’il faut en trouver un, ce serait les plaques de cuisson électriques et l’absence de telecommande pour le portail.

Joli petite résidence village au cœur de la nature. Pour ce logement, un système de climatisation serait souhaitable.
