"Cloudless 12". Enjoy carefree holiday in our wonderful apartment. The cozy, small penthouse apartment for 3 people spread over 2 floors and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Notes on additional costs and fees: Electricity / water / heating are included. A tourist tax is payable, you pay locally at our office. Laundry package can be ordered upon request for a fee. 100, - Euro deposit are due in advance. The lovingly furnished living / dining area with open kitchen invites you to cozy TV evenings. Or prepare tasty delicacies in the modern and well-equipped kitchen and enjoy them in a friendly atmosphere. The bright spa bath offers shower and whirlpool where you can relax after a long beach walk. For a relaxing rest a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) in the bedroom and another single bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) on the gallery. From here you also have a magnificent view over the entire beach park to the sea. The apartment is on the 3rd Floor / loft. The terrace faces south. We look forward to welcoming you as our guests.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment war wirklich super. Die Ausstattung ist echt toll. Eines unseres Highlights war natürlich die Whirlpool-Badewanne. Man fühlt sich wohl dort und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf Großenbrode bzw auch aufs Meer. An jeden warmen Tag konnten wir morgens schön auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich und vorallem praktisch, wenn man einen etwas unruhigen Partner hat. Man spürt nämlich fast garnichts vom Partner neben sich was unruhige Bewegungen angehen etc. Die Parkplätze sind direkt vor der Türe und die Wohnung ist einfach mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr schön und das Badezimmer ebenso. Zwei negative Sachen gibt es jedoch. Als wir reinkamen begegneten uns an fast jeder Ecke an der Decke spinnen. Im Schlafzimmer war an der Ecke neben der Balkontüre eine Spinne, die bereits einen Eier Kokon gebildet hatte. Ich habe eine stärkere Spinnenphobie, weshalb es etwas unangenehm für mich war. Die zweite Sache wäre, dass an den Dachfenstern eventuell Fliegengitter sinnvoll wären, da man sonst abends beim kochen nicht durchlüften kann, da sonst die Mücken hereinkommen bzw. Auch die Spinnen. Ansonsten haben wir absolut nichts zu meckern, weil alles wirklich toll war und super ausgestattet ist. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung auch das nächste Mal gerne buchen!

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Es ist alles ordentlich bzw. sauber. Die Lage zum Strand ist top vom Balkon sahen und hörten wir das Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige was verbessert werden könnte ist der WLAN Router da nur in der Wohnstube der Empfang gewährleistet war in den anderen Räumen dies nicht funktionierte und wer mit Handysüchtigen Kindern reist😂der bräuchte besseren Empfang und störte es nicht. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt
