Close to the beach apartment with underfloor heating and fireplace

'Sea view 12'. Spend a wonderful holiday in our cozy apartment "sea view 12"!
Here you will find everything your heart desires. In every season your stay will be a wonderful experience!

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity / water / heating are included.
A tourist tax is payable, you pay with us in the office.
Laundry package and firewood can be ordered upon request.
100, - Euro deposit are due in advance.

The apartment is equipped with two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, in the second bedroom a single bed with spring mattress. A restful sleep is guaranteed!
In the bathroom you have a great spa shower for a unique shower experience!
The bright living area has a sofa bed and two armchairs. In the cold season, the fireplace and underfloor heating provide a "cozy climate". In summer, only a few meters away, white sandy beach invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent a beach chair and enjoy the wonderful sunbeams.

The apartment is on the 2nd Upstairs. The balcony is oriented to the northwest.

A bicycle storage room is available for our guests free of charge.

Our holiday home has been certified by the ECARF as allergy friendly. We offer smoke and pet-free accommodation with carpet-free floors or short-pile floor coverings. We provide protective covers for mattresses, duvets and pillows for mite reduction. Our vacuum cleaner has a special filter.

Eigentlich wäre wie man oben sehen kann eine gute Bewertung möglich gewesen...

...allerdings können wir die Wohnung letztendlich aufgrund des schwach kühlenden Kühlschranks und der überlaufenden Toilettenspülung am Ende nur als okay bewerten, da das Ganze doch ein wenig die Urlaubsstimmung getrübt hat. (danke dennoch an Fewo & Meer, für die schnelle Unterstützung). Wenn diese Probleme nachhaltig behoben werden, ist die Wohnung auch definitiv als gut zu bewerten, da wir uns ansonsten ,wie im e-mail Verkehr auch bereits erwähnt, sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Langes Wochenende mit Freunden

Wir haben den Aufenthalt zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt (Ende Oktober) sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen perfekt. Sie ist super ausgestattet und auch sehr modern und funktionell. In der Hochsaison würde ich da keinen Urlaub machen wollen, dazu stehen mir die Häuser zu dicht zusammen

Perfekt zum Entspannen

Wir waren für einen spontanen Kurzurlaub in der Wohnung. Wir haben bei regnerischem und stürmischem Wetter die Unterkunft mit kleinem Kaminofen sehr genossen und es uns gemütlich gemacht. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgetattet, die Bequem und die Lage zum Strand unschlagbar. Lediglich der Name der Wohnung"Mehrblick" hält nicht was er verspricht. Aber das war nicht schlimm. Es gab Anfangs etwas Probleme mit den Parkplätzen - hier konnte die Vermittlungsfirma leider nicht helfen, was sicherlich für alle beteilligten entspannter gewesen wäre. Alles in Allem aber ein wirklich perfekter kleiner Kurzurlaub in einer gemütlichen kleinen Wohnung :)

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir reisen bereits das 5 Jahr nach Großenbrode. Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Nach Großenbrode kommen wir wieder.

Alles soweit ok

Einzig das Tiefkühlfach muss dringend abgetaut werden. Haus Meerblick war auch leicht irreführend so mit Blick ins Land. Aber da muss ich selber genauer schauen. Zur Anlage wäre zu bemängeln, dass zwischen den Häusern keine Durchgängige sind. Man muss um den ganzen Block latschen um zum Auto zu kommen.

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und die Lage zum Strand und allen erforderlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten genial. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die erhobene Bearbeitungsgebühr. Bis auf Schlüsselausgabe und -Rücknahme war seitens FEWO kein Aufwand erforderlich.

Toller Kurztrip :)

Schöne Wohnung mit Fußbodenheizung. :) Klein, aber ausreichend. Man hat (fast) alles was man braucht. Lediglich das Bett war schon etwas durchgelegen und man lag direkt in den "Kuhlen". Das war eigentlich das einzig "negative". Ansonsten hatten wir Glück mit dem Wetter und der Strand ist auch um die Ecke. Die "Poller" zum Parkplatz sind etwas hoch... Für unser Auto war das Parken auf dem Parkplatz etwas schwierig... Wir konnten nur rückwärts rauffahren und haben trotzdem auch einmal aufgesetzt. :( Vielleicht könnte man sich da eine Alternative überlegen...

Schöne Ostsee

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ebenfalls sehr gut ausgestattet. Alle nötigen Elektrogeräte waren vorhanden und intakt. Besonders gefallen hat mir die Tatsache das wir einen Gefrierschrank mit 3 Fächern zur Verfügung hatten. Da passt eine Menge Eis rein :-) Zum Strand zu Fuß in 3 Minuten :-) Alles in allem kann ich diese Wohnung ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. Und wer weiß..... vielleicht kommen wir nochmal wieder.
