Bright apartment with sauna, whirlpool and fireplace

'Sea view 9'. This comfortable apartment is located in the 2nd Floor of the house sea view, in the beach park Großenbrode.

The decor leaves nothing to be desired. Sauna, whirlpool, underfloor heating, stove, a fully equipped kitchen and only 80 meters to the long, white sandy beach are a guarantee for a nice, relaxing holiday. Be our guests!

Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.
100, - € deposit are due in advance. This will be refunded after departure.
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Dog bookable for an additional charge. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.

A safe is available in the apartment for free. There are many children's and teen books as well as games, wooden toys and cuddly toys. There is a high-quality stereo system with connection for your own MP3 player (3.5 mm jack) with music CDs for relaxation. There are also some DVDs to watch.

The first bedroom has a double bed with new (spring 2019), high quality 7-zone cold foam mattresses (grade 2 and 3). In the 2. Bedroom is a blackout blind.

The apartment has child safety fuses. An electric grill for the balcony completes the whole thing. In the kitchen there is a kettle. There is also a weather station. The living room has a BluRay player and a Wii.

The apartment is on the 2nd Floor. The balcony faces north-west.

The dog must not be left alone in the apartment.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Sie ist nah am Strand in der 2.Etage. Der Aufzug macht das Einziehen sehr komfortabel. Kochen ist in der umfangreich ausgestatteten Küche auch jein Problem. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Immer wieder

Die Wohnung hatte alles,was wir für einen entspannten Urlaub brauchten. Das Kinderzimmer ist gut ausgestattet und unsere Tochter hat dort gern Zeit verbracht. Ein benötigtes Werkzeug (um den Hochstuhl anzupassen) war unkompliziert zu bekommen und die Dame im Büro sehr hilfsbereit. Kleine Veränderungsidee für das „Eltern“-Schlafzimmer wären Verdunklungsvorhänge, dort war es morgens sehr früh sehr hell. Till fanden wir die Waschmaschine, die eine kleine Trommel hat und daher perfekt geeignet ist für einen Urlaubswaschgang zwischendurch. Es war wirklich eine tolle Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Optimal für Ehepaar zu zweit oder mit Kinder.Man kann sich eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen vorbereiten oder ein besuch in einem Lokal bietet sich gut an. Ausgibige Spaziergänge, frische Luft und Mehresrauschen sind sehr angebracht.

Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub anläßlich unseres Jahrestags in der FeWo und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit zusammen. Gerade Sauna, Whirlpool und Kamin haben für eine gemütliche Stimmung gesorgt. Auch das Bett war erfreulich hochwertig und weder zu hart, noch zu weich. Die Küche hatte fast alles, was wir brauchten. Lediglich eine Küchenwaage und ein Nudelholz haben wir vermisst. Die Kommunikation von FeWo Direkt hat ebenfalls gut geklappt. Allerdings wären hier weniger Nachrichten mehr. Insgesamt haben wir 14 Nachrichten bekommen, ohne selbst etwas nachgefragt zu haben. Kurz vor Anreise eine Nachricht mit allen wichtigen Infos (Lage, Stockwerk, Schlüsselübergabe usw.) wäre deutlich übersichtlicher.

Erholsamer Urlaub

War ein erholsamer Urlaub. Für eine Familie wäre ein größeres Sofa nicht schlecht. Das einzige was zu beklagen ist, ist die klospülung. Sonst ist es auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Unser Aufenthalt war top. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön.. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir schöne Touren z. B. nach Fehmarn machen. Die Promenade war fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und am Strand war man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Toller flacher Einstieg ins Wasser, besonders geeignet für Kinder. Der Strand sauber und schön. Den Kurpark in der Nähe konnten wir super für Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund nutzen. Die Wohnung schön, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir wunderbar die Spätnachmittag und Abendsonne genießen. Mit Kind und Hund war der Balkon manchmal allerdings etwas eng. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schöne Ausstattung

In der Wohnanlage sind wir öfters, da die Wohnungen gut ausgestattet und recht neu sind. Diese Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, sie hat z. B. einen größeren Fernseher und eine hochwertige Couch. Ebenfalls positiv ist der zugehörige Radschuppen, denn alle Fahrradständer waren so voll, so dass niemand sonst sein Rad mehr bewegt hat, vermutlich, um den Platz nicht zu verlieren 😄 Die Nähe zum Strand ist insgesamt sehr vorteilhaft.

Gute Lage

Wir können Grossenbrode und Umgebung nur empfehlen. Der Weg von der Whg zum Strand ist super. Leider kein Hundestrand. Für uns fehlte es an passenden und ausreichenden Kochtöpfe. Und teilweise an Instandhaltung gebrauchter Gegenstände. Aber alles in allem ist es für ein paar Tage erholenswert

Gemütliche Wohnung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Die Wohnung sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern, sehr gemütlich. In ca 3 min. Ist man direkt am Strand, auch die neue Promenade Spielplätze, und Sitzgelegenheiten am Strand sind schön.

Gutes Wetter, gute Erholung.

Der Gesamteindruck entspricht den 4 Sternen. Leider war die Wohnung um 16.00 noch nicht gereinigt. Der Backofen war noch schmutzig, der Gefrierschrank nicht abgetaut. Ebenso war der Rasierspiegel im Bad nicht nutzbar da er lose an der Wand hing. Alle Punkte habe ich dem Verwalter geschrieben.

wunderschöne Fewo in Strandnähe

Fewo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Messer sind leider stumpf gewesen. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.
