About this property

EC-comfort-apartment for 4 people

'Coast spell. Our apartment is located on the ground floor of the modern and newly furnished building in Strandpark Großenbrode on the northern tip of the Bay of Lübeck.

The suitable holiday home with lateral lake view for you and your family to spend the best days of the year in only about 120m to the fine sandy south beach.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen, firewood can be ordered upon request.
Electricity / water / heating are included.
100, - € deposit are due in advance.

The apartment was modern and furnished accordingly. It offers on 56 sqm a comfortable living room with a dining area, an open kitchen, two bedrooms each with a double bed and each with a TV.

After a long walk on the beach or a bike ride you can enjoy relaxing in the apartment's sauna, rain shower and fireplace.

In the evening you can end the day due to the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine and relaxing music.

The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace is facing south-west.

In every season you can spend with us a relaxing holiday!


The apartment is located in a newly built beach park. The construction phase is not yet complete, so it may be possible that there is construction activities during your stay. We have calculated that reason reduced rental rates. Please understand that we can not recognize subsequent complaints.

Wir waren dss 3. Mal in dieser gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung. Wie davor auch wieder sehr sauber. Wie immer war der kurze Weg zum Strand mit Strandkorb ein Highlight. 3-4 Min. zu Fuß. Man ist mit dem Auto schnell in Heiligenhafen, Grömitz, Scharbeutz, Fehmarn etc. Immer wieder gerne kommen wir zurück!

Wir haben sehr erholsame Tage in der ruhig gelegenen Wohnung verbracht; Den Strand erreichte man in weniger als 5 Minuten. Ein toller Service war der Strandkorb, der zur Wohnung gehörte. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Kommen gerne wieder nach Großenbrode.

Toller Urlaub könnte noch toller sein

Aufenthalt war super .Wohnung toll. Lage toll. Negativ:Warum macht man zig Fahrradständer hin.Was nicht genutzt wird. Ganze 14 Tage waren genau 2 Fahrräder an den Ständern.Dafür total enge Parplätze. Was auch sehr toll wäre ,könnte man statt den vielen Fahrradständern. Öffentliche Ladestationen für E Autos aufzustellen. Wir waren nicht die einzigen die mit einem E Fahrzeug im Urlaub waren. Würde alles noch attraktiver machen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in unmittelbarer Strandnähe

Toll ausgestattete und eingerichtete Wohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren super bequem und es sind tatsächlich nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. Ins Ortszentrum mit einem schönen Spielplatz und diversen Lokalitäten sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

Sehr schön und weiter zu empfehlen!

Das einzige, was man eventuell verbessern könnte, Fliegen Netze an Türen und Fenster zu machen. Wir hatten die ganze Wohnung voll mit diesen Eintagsfliegen, und die waren nicht mehr aus der Wohnung zu bekommen! Ansonsten ist dieses Haus wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine, was eigentlich nicht üblich ist! Immer wieder gerne!

Gut gelegene Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen, die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es fehlte praktisch nichts, um schöne Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Auch wenn Großenbroode nicht unbedingt ein perfekter Urlaubsort ist, kann man von dort schöne Unternehmungen, z. B. nach Fehmarn, Grömitz und Heiligenhafen, starten. Ein schöner Urlaub.

Pure Entspannung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche.Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wurde sehr sauber übergeben. Zum Strand waren es nur ca. 3 min. zu Fuß. Wir konnten den Strandkorb toll nutzen, das Wetter spielte mit, eine Woche lang Sonne im September. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit zentralem Standort

Sehr sauberes Wohnhaus. Es ist alles für einen Kurzurlaub vorhanden. Sollte mal etwas fehlen kann man dieses in wenigen Fahrminuten einkaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
