Enjoy the sound of the ocean on your oveanfront deck with a private boardwalk to the beach. There is plenty of seating on the deck as well as a one of a kind, shaded park style gazebo and grilling area for your fresh catch.

Island Escape at Island Club enjoys an open concept living area with beautiful views of the ocean through the large windows.

Old Florida charm remains in the well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator.

The common living area has a new Italian leather, power reclining sectional sofa and a 65” flatscreen smart TV.*** All of the smart TVs are set up with house streaming accounts for Netflix, Disney+, Paramount+, and FUBO. No cable tv. ***

Island Escape sleeps 6.
The master bedroom boasts a queen bed, with a 14” memory foam mattress, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower. Enjoy a 50”smart tv and views of the ocean from the large windows.
The second bedroom is appointed with a 50” smart tv and two bunkbeds, each with a 10” memory foam mattress, sleeping a total of four in the room.
Both bathrooms have been updated with massaging shower heads.

Island Escape is one of four units in the building. This home offers easy accessibility, there are no stairs to climb! Parking is limited to two vehicles and PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.(Strictly enforced with Ring, $75 per pet per day fine.)

Island Escape is on the east end of the island and approximately a mile from grocery stores, numerous restaurants, bars and grills, gift shops and unique specialty stores. NO SMOKING in UNIT.

Covered ocean front deck offers an additional 300 ft.² of outdoor living space.
Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Beach chairs, and beach towels provided. Starter supply of paper products and toiletries are also provided.

We Love Snowbirds!

Please note, the small closet in the second bedroom has been locked as an owners closet. We have added four large dresser drawers to that bedroom under the bunkbeds. Each bunkbed has two large dresser drawers as trundle underneath. There is also a standard dresser in the bedroom.
The kitchen pantry is locked as a maintenance closet. We have emptied two kitchen cabinets to accommodate space for your food and supplies. Please see the last photo to see the locked closet, and the kitchen cabinets that are now used as the pantry.
