We enjoyed a fun weekend stay with sons who live in the area. The house is located 20 minutes from MCI and 5 minutes away for convenient shopping for groceries and adult beverages. Coffee pot had coffee and filters available. Kitchen table was perfect for 4 of us to play cards. Kitchen furnishings were adequate. TV for college football required casting from my phone with my YouTube TV account. Master BR is at ground level with 2 BRs downstairs with a shared bath. Lots of hot water. Bring your own shampoo!

The house was very spacious for our family group of 5. It was nice to have the separate living space downstairs with the two bedrooms and separate bathroom for the older kids. The place was very clean, and kitchen was stocked well with everything needed. One minor comment was the lawn was very high and needed cut. So, for the little dog we brought with us, her legs were very wet after coming in because of rain/condensation in the high grass. We had to dry her off each time.
