"Anna's Siedlungshäusle" is a small, cozy house from the 50s. completely renovated and equipped with modern bathroom and new kitchen. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 guests. On the comfortable sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 more guests. The numerous seats in the large garden with fruit trees, pond and flowers invite you to sit in the sun and shade. Free parking on the street at the house.

The house has a 600 square meter garden with seating, pond and fruit trees. There is also a barbecue.
In the garden are always chickens and running ducks on the way, who actually live in the neighboring garden, but can not be deterred from the fence by a visit.

From Herrenberg Stuttgart and Tübingen are very easy to reach by public transport.
A bus stop is located 200 meters from the house.

Trips to the Black Forest, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alb are on offer.
But also Herrenberg and the surrounding area have so much to offer that a stay is not boring.

Perfect in every respect

We really enjoyed our four days in 'Anna's Hauesle'. The place is impeccable and extremely well stocked, sonny with a great garden, and an outstanding value in a great location. The communication with the host was always prompt, clear and helpful. We are looking forward to returning to what is a real find.

Kaum zu übertreffen …

In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war, wie wenn man nach Hause kommt. Alles da… . Platz gibt es ohne Ende, und alles blitzesauber. Und das Sahnehäubchen sind die beiden Vermieterinnen selbst: Freundlich, hilfsbereit, kontruktiv…. Das war eine top Woche trotz des wechselhaften Wetters. Da fährt man gerne wieder hin …

Ein Problem

Es gab nur ein Problem, es gibt keinen (wie beschrieben) eigenen Parkplatz. Man kann mit Glück vor dem Haus parken oder eben irgendwo auf der Straße. Ansonsten schönes Haus sehr gemütlich.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt in Herrenberg!

Alles war genau wie geschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, ruhig, und die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Meine Mutter fühlte sich zuhause und hat sich besonders über die vielen Blumen im Garten gefreut!

Einfach perfekt!!!

Es war das schönste und am besten ausgestattete Feriendomizil, das wir je hatten. Die Vermieter sind super nett, die Gegend ist wunderschön und wir konnten uns nur sehr schwer wieder davon trennen.

Haus mit Charme

Sehr geschmackvoll im Stil der 60er Jahre eingerichtet. Eine saubere Unterkunft in der es an nichts mangelt. Alle gängigen Haushaltsgeräte sind vorhanden und funktionieren einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, obwohl die Innenstadt nicht weit entfernt ist. Stuttgart ist mit dem Auto in ca. 40 Minuten erreichbar. Hier empfehlen wir Park and Ride in Degerloch. Parken inkl. Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist günstiger als in der Innenstadt zu parken. Das Zentrum von Herrenberg ist auch sehr sehenswert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Schönes Refugium

Stilvoll restauriertes Reihenhaus mit dem 60 er Jahre Charme aus der Kindheit. Nur der kohleofen fehlt. Zeitgemäße, bequeme Einrichtung mit schöner Umgebung.

Eine Puppenstube in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist mit soviel Liebe restauriert und renoviert, dass es einem beim Betreten die Sprache verschlägt. Das Haus ist mit allem, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht, eingerichtet. Die Vermieterinnen haben es zudem so geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wie man es selten sieht. Außerdem war alles an Getränken und Lebensmitteln vorhanden, dass ein Einkauf garnicht nötig gewesen wäre! Toll! Einziges Manko ist, dass wir schon nach vier Tagen wieder abreisen mussten!! Wir bedanken uns für die schönen Tage und empfehlen das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter!!
