Very Cute and Cozy

This place is exactly as pictured! Very cute and quite spacious for a tiny home! The home is very clean and has everything you'll need for a small getaway. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The owners/managers of this property are great too - providing a lot of recommendations for local spots around the area! We were able to try a few - definitely recommend that thai food food truck!

Wonderful

Property was clean, and well kept. Cute little tiny home with a nice scenic drive. Close enough to a city for groceries, but just far enough out to enjoy the midnight stars. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful place to stay.

Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect spot for us and our two kiddos. Beautiful area in Spicewood. Close to many local attractions and a great base camp to explore the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

Clean, cozy and cute! Enjoyed the porch for reading and the corn hole and ping pong as well! We could hear road noise, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host was always available when we had a question. The home was decorated so nicely, the beds were comfortable, the a/c blew cold, the home was very well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to be able to let our dogs out easily. The coffee was a nice touch. We loved the porch. The only negative was the seating in the living room was limited. We loved it!

Business Stay

This is a great tiny house to stay in. First off there’s not too many tiny houses that offer a king size bed that is not up in a loft area. With the king size bed in the room it is a little tight walking around, but you’re hardly ever in the room anyway. The kitchen is very functional if you need to cook or do anything like that which I do and it was great. Would sit on the outside patio do a little bit of work sitting outside and enjoying the evening. If you’re looking for a nice little weekend getaway in the Hillcountry, this is a wonderful place to stay. The owners are very nice and helpful. The property is tucked away in a nice quiet area. It’s a great little place and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect getaway

My family and I are looking for a quick nearby getaway from the city. This place was perfect! Drive to the property was beautiful. Secluded enough yet nearby to larger towns and downtown Austin. The rental had everything we needed including extra towels which came in handy since it rained during most of our stay. Our girls loved playing with the outdoor games on the patio and tv had all the streaming apps to enjoy a movie night. We did find it hard to take multiple showers with even warm water. It was wet cold during our stay though. Matthew was a great host and gave excellent local restaurant recommendations.

Perfect cute and clean tiny house, with everything you need

We are very happy with this location. It has everything you need packed in a cute tiny house. It was really well done, all finishes are perfect, the appliances seem new and very good quality, all was perfectly clean, and large enough for a couple and our 2 large dogs. A lot of windows in the house, so it's bright and looks bigger. The decoration is really pretty, there is an electric fireplace that is really warming the living room when needed, and the kitchen has all you need to cook essentiels and more. The king size bed is really comfortable, large shower, and the hot tub outdoor is a big plus. The property access through a gate with code, and you can park your car under a carport, so everything feels really safe, and its only a few minutes away from the access to Lake Travis, restaurants and town. We personnaly were doing the few State Parks around, and they are about 30 to 1 hour top for the ones we were interested in, and the roads are pretty, so that was a perfect location for us and our 2 dogs. We really recommend it!

Sweet spot, closer to main road than I realized

We had a lovely time at this cute tiny home- close to some great natural beauty like Hamilton Pool. The only glitch was that the host forgot to send check-in instructions until very late- and the number listed on the VRBO site was a digit off, so we had some mild-panic when we arrived and couldn't check in. Some googling got us in touch with Kimberly and we got all the info we needed. King bed in the main bedroom fills up nearly the entire room- so we left our suitcases in the living room. The hot tub, ping-pong-table, and corn hole were a hit with our group and the deck was lovely for morning coffee. With the description of the property being on several acres- I was surprised that the house is right at the edge of the property by the gate, so we heard traffic from the country road. Overall, would recommend if you'd like to stay off the beaten path of Austin in beautiful hill country and have a small group!

The property was just as expected. The host make sure everybody was comfortable, including our dogs. There was plenty of outdoor activities. Our check in process was not great, we arrived to the flower child home with another guest already there. It turns out the host have 3 rentals on this property and the guest checked into the wrong house. Even though the houses have a keypad entry on the front door, the host has a lockbox with a key to the house (I guess in case the keypad doesn't work) well the lock boxes has the same combination for all 3 houses. This is how the other guest was able to get into the wrong house. The host need to address this issue because it is a security concern. Even though this happened the host did every thing they could to accommodate us by allowing us to stay in one of the other rental homes and refunding us one night. If not for the check-in problem everything else was great and we had a great time.

Pretty awesome little house

We enjoyed our stay very much. It’s dog friendly and that was a plus for us . Our two dogs enjoyed it very much and even though it was tiny we had plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the games and the porch was lovely. We would go back again! We had everything we needed and more.

Great stay!

The property was amazing. There was so much to do at the house - ping pong, hot tub, corn hole and even a foam ninja star target that was super fun. The house is perfect for 4 people and is as clean and cute as it looks. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Beautiful

My wife and I stayed here with our dogs for the weekend and it was perfect. The dogs were able to roam a bit and it was more than enough space with entertainment for all of us. I’m 6’4 and had to duck through doorways but it still felt pretty spacious for a tiny home. It’s a beautiful home that’s away from the city but not too far from anything you’d need.

Relaxing cabin in the hills

Check-in was super easy. The hosts had great suggestions for food in the area. The plastic axe throwing board was a ton of fun, and the hot tub felt great after a long day on our feet. We didn't have enough time to try the corn hole or table tennis. So many diversions to choose from. Even though the bed is really high, and takes up the entire bedroom, my wife slept better on it than she sleeps at home. We had a very relaxing time and didn't stress about anything during our stay.
