Along with the guesthouse, you'll have access to a private fire pit, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture, and a swing set. This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom guesthouse has accommodations for 4 people with a queen bed in the bedroom, a futon couch or an optional queen air mattress (upon request) in the main living area, and amenities such as a 65" flat-screen TV and internet. Conveniently located close to Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Townsend, and the GSMNP!

This property is part of beautiful Wears Valley which offers you breathtaking views of the mountains with the convenience of all the most popular attractions. This cozy home has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay. Start a fire in the fire pit or stay in and watch your favorite shows on the 65” flat-screen TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, and Amazon Prime.

When it comes time for dinner, head over to the fully equipped kitchen and prepare your favorite meal. For dinner with a view, make your way to the lighted fire-pit and BBQ grill and dine under the stars.

This property is in a very ideal location. Right around the corner from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park. This property is very spacious, with a lot of modern features and in a quiet location. The checkout process was very smooth, and the host is friendly and has great communication. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next trip to TN.

This property was exactly as shown in photos. It was very clean, and well stocked for our visit, and comfortable, and very up to date with a beautiful kitchen. Paper goods were quality items, as were linens (especially bath towels )which many properities are not. It was a very short distance from the main road, but quiet, peaceful, and quaint. Check in was very easy - keypad with code. Communication with host was very good, quick to answer any questions, and very friendly. This property is single floor, with no stairs to enter. Very accommodating to older couples. It is one of the best properities we have ever rented in this area and we hope to rent many times again in the future. Price was extremely reasonable.

If staying in the Wears Valley areas this is an extremely easy to get to place to stay. Quite location set back away from the main house. Has all conveniences that you would want from the kitchen to the furnishings to the bath. Modern styling with nice decor accents for the mountains and free of clutter. Bedding is on the small side in that it is a full-size bed that is on the firm side of comfort. If you have additional guests or children, there is a good size futon in the living room. AC works great with 2 split units getting the job done. Bath is large with fluffy towels and a washer/dryer available if needed.The area is beautiful with several restaurants close by. Short drive from Townsend/GSMP/Pigeon Forge. Also has close access to the Foothills Parkway.Hosts were very communicative with timely information about access and a reasonable check-in/checkout time and low effort checkout process.
