Oceanfront Studio Condo w/private balcony, full kitchen, honeymoon delight

Beautifully renovated studio unit with direct ocean front w/private baloncy, pool, fitness center, full kitchen. Located on the no drive portion of Ormond beach, this is a gem! 450 sq feet w/ queen bed. Located just a few miles north of all Daytona has to offer, the Daytona Lagoon, Boardwalk, International Speedway and Airport.

We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!

Honeymoon

Nice room, but that Murphy bed is uncomfortable for 2 people. Our garage door code wouldn't work either. Great scenery over all!

Great view of the ocean

Small, but manageable. We were disappointed that the pool was colder than the ocean. We will defnintley be sure to book a "heated" pool next time. The beach was awesome. It was flat, wide, and excellent for walking. We found ourselves walking 2 miles a day on the beach. It was a quiet beach and not crowded. The Beach was our favorite experience.

Good size room for one or two people

As described the room is small but fine for one or two people. Room was quiet and all the appliances worked. As the listing stated it has a Murphy bed which is kinda of low to the floor and makes getting out of bed a little different then what I am used to , but the mattress was comfortable and I had no back pain in the mourning. The building is a little dated but everything worked and the full time residents were friendly. The property manger was very responsive and made this my best rental experience while using VRBO. Definitely would stay here again.
