The room was very clean and had a well provided kitchen. The staff were courteous and helpful. What I like most about the place is that it's near the Mall of Asia, banks, restaurants, and other supermarkets. My wife and I plan to be back there next year and stay longer to enjoy more the place and its surroundings.

BEST STAYCATION!

Grace's place is one of the nicest, best-located, and most valuable of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo unit. Grace and her team are great hosts.

The unit was clean and has more than the basic amenities. We were pleasantly surprised with how well-thought the unit was setup. They have kitchen utensils, lots of extra linens and even instant coffee (which we thought was very thoughtful!). The staff was responsive and pleasant to deal with. We checked in at midnight and everything was prearranged for us so it was all smooth and easy. Thanks so much for a very pleasant stay! We will be back for sure.

About 12 mins walk to SM MOA. The ad is misleading when they included the- parking. Parking is not in the same bldg and not free. There are nearby parking spaces available in the area, fees vary. We paid about P650 for overnight in an open guarded parking about 3-min walk to the condo. As we were checking in,

Convenient, comfortable Manila accommodation

The unit was very convenient (walkable)to MOA and other activities. The a/c worked well. There was no noise to speak of. There no cleanliness issues. Front desk staff was very professional, friendly, helpful. It took a few gallons of water to figure out the shower, after that it worked great. I would certainly consider staying here in the future.

The host was welcoming, but could you please check your address in your site? Please complete it. It’s supposed to be S Residences “Tower 3” were lost finding your place. So we need to spend more money for a ride. There were some more issues that I have already addressed. Need to be honest not to ruin your business, but i know you can do something about it, to improve them.
