Azure Tropical Paradise in your Backyard


This 1 -Bedroom fully furnished condo with a queen size bed and sofa bed is conveniently located in Bicutan, Paranaque, a 15 min short drive both from Makati and Alabang and 10 min drive from International and Domestic Airports.

Enjoy luxury living in the middle of the Metro, on sprawling prime property spanning the West Service Road of South Luzon Expressway immediately adjacent to a key SM Mall. Perfect for singles and couples with little ones too!!!

Whether coming home for a short stay or a long vacation, our Azure Urban Resort Residences condo provides a safe and peaceful haven to come home to after a day in the city.

Other amenities like an open park, zen garden, grand fountains with dancing waterworks and lights, multiple playgrounds, an interactive water play area, wave pool, man made beach and central bar may be accessed by our guests.

Our guests will also have access to a modern Paris Hilton inspired clubhouse which complements an organically formed landscape with facilities which include a spa, massage rooms and coffee shop. Aside from that, a roof deck with a view of the city skyline may also be used as a sanctuary for relaxation by our guests.

And of course the centerpiece of The Azure is the truly iconic and first of its kind man-made beach cove complete with pristine white sand, undulating waves, multiple water slides and water cascades. It truly is a tropical vacation you can come home to every single day!

We allow 4 pax in our 1 bedroom unit. Swimming rate is Php 250/pax/shift. Our pool schedule is as follows: 1st shift 7 am - 12 nn and 2nd shift 2 pm - 7 pm. FREE use of pool for long term guests. Cleaning of the wave pool is scheduled every Monday.

Kindly message the host for parking reservation, FREE of charge for the entire duration of the stay. Limited FREE parking slot.

You can request for a taxi easily thru the unit's intercom. Alternatively, Grab Taxi work well. Jeepneys and buses are available outside Azure.

The unit we rented needs renovation, it was very inconvenient and filthy I’ve ever been. The bed is uncomfortable, bed linens and sheets looks filthy , towel set are gross and looks like floor mats, dishwasher sponge was used by the previous tenants, bathroom vents are dusty, bathroom tiles are covered with grout, no extra sheets and pillows, when you open the cabinet it has mosquitoes, there was an eco bag that had used sheets and towels inside it, so you can’t use it to hang your clothes. When asked to dispose it the host said he will send someone to pick it up but no one came. Beware, do not book this place . I booked for 2 nights but I opted to checked out after a day. I don’t want to ruin my vacation if I continue to stay another night. Stay away.

He was an amazing person who would provide you even to the smallest detalis you need.(dishwashing liquid, sponge, counter cloth, toiletries, condiments, & other kitchen stuffs for cooking & cleaning) . I really appreciate to welcome us personnally with complimentary refreshment.. A sweet fresh banana makes our tummy full upon arrival hehe! I would love to recommend his unit to my friends coming abroad :) we are just a bit dissapointed when it comes for swimming that definitely what we wanted to do because we are unlucky to experience the wave pool.. We did not realized that Every Monday Wave pool was closed for cleaning & maintenance however we enjoyed the beach club.. My son loves to play the white sands and slides :)

It was indeed a memorable experience for my family. My four kids enjoy the swimming on the wave pool,and kiddie pool. They also enjoy the playroom. My husband didn't expect that there is like a beach style resort only within metro and don't need to go far to experience especially the white sand. Truly a remarkable experience. We want to go back there to experience the lap pool,as well as the basketball court since my kids are boys. Mr. Arnel Torres is very warm,accomodating ,and very kind host hope to see him again. The unit was very clean complete with toiletries no need to bring any. Last it is near sm bicutan so you can do your groceries there. The internet is very fast..

Me and my family stayed here for almost a week, except the weather, everything is perfect. my kids do enjoy the breathtaking pool, the unit is so clean and well maintained. even the guards who also act as receptionist are so helpful, they will treat you like what 5 star hotel do, the security is very good , i also meet Arnel on the last day, the very kind cool host , he is so flexible and this made our stay so absolutely amazing! i will definitely recommend this property to my friends!

Mine and my children's stay at this place was indeed fantastic - I rate it 5 stars. We had such a great time swimming. Awesome pool...we so love the waves! Staffs are so friendly and helpful - I must say very professional. The place also has a good access to transportations, and as I love to walk SM Bicutan Mall was too easy for a few minutes walk to grab my daily groceries and whenever we fancy for a dine out. Arnel is such a great host - thanks Arnel for giving us an extra personal care attending our needs. Everything from toiletries to linen to kitchenwares to food delivery list all well provided. The place was nice and clean. Arnel, was also nice. He toured us around the Azure. He also prepared a brochures/leaflets where we can order our food since there's no resto yet within Azure. We really enjoyed staying even thou we only stayed there for 1 night. The unit is equipped with cable tv and wifi access in full speed. The bed and linens are clean, love to sleep with or just lie down. The kitchen amenities also is a plus, almost complete like your really in your own home.
