Location was incredible! You are within 20 minutes walking just about anywhere in BGC. I walked to Uptown, High Street, and Market Market without any issues. The checkin process was simple and the communication leading up to my visit was simple. Whats App was needed to communicate with the person who actually let you in the unit, but it was not an issue. The aircon in the living area keeps the area cool, but it was a bit warm at times. The aircon in the bedroom kept the room very comfortable for sleeping. Check out was a breeze! The unit does have a washer and I was advised that a dryer was also available, but the machine was only a washer. There are multiple drying racks available that dried the clothes easily. A thinner blanket/duvet/sheet would've been nice to use instead of the thick blanket. My biggest complaint is the amount of roaches that would appear. The unit was clean and not cluttered. The hallways were not dirty. The roaches could be from being in a multi unit housing structure. Mandatory monthly bug service should easily fix this issue for the building.
