Pol and Pam grew up to see the beautiful Mt. Mayon. Moved to US and lived in North Dallas, TX. Kids grew up in US and we wanted them to love our birth place. We can’t do that if they don’t have the convenience of our home. So we bought our condo with them in mind. We made sure it has the comfort of our home. Our son loved it. He wants to keep the condo as a place for them to get away from their busy lives in the US. Now, even if we retire in the Philippines, our kids will visit. They will have their own family and they’ll learn to love our country as well as we do. A place they can be themselves like their home.

Why they chose this property

It’s upscale modern place similar to any nice downtown in the US. Our kids can visit anytime like they never left the comfort of their home. Close to the airport and never fearing getting stuck in the traffic or experience flooding or constant black outs. Kids can fly in and out to any country or island they desire to see. Extremely accessible and they can safely walk around without the fear of getting mugged. Venice mall is just 5 min stroll. I want them to enjoy and love the culture, their parent’s birth place. It's truly more fun in the Philippines since they have everything they want and more.

What makes this property unique

It's Affordable homey 5 ⭐️hotel-like amenities and more similar to the US. Wifi is 400mbps that you can work remote or play games if needed. 2 queen beds are very comfortable. All furnitures like dining table, chairs and beds are matching Nara hardwood indigenous to the country. Condo is a walking distance to everything you need from grocery store, pharmacy, banks, massage parlor, hot pan de sal from the bakery etc. Venice mall is about 5 min stroll for a unique experience you'll surely enjoy.
