Our air-conditioned, three-bedroom condo is just blocks from Weirs Beach and provides the necessary conveniences, so you can venture out for day trips and exploring the area. Endless trails for snowmobiles and ATV's surround the area. Hike around White Mountain National Forest or stroll the seacoast, your home base awaits your return.
Our full kitchen with cookware and major appliances allows you to dine in or out - whatever your preference. Our sleeping arrangements include a queen master bedroom with attached bath, and a guest bedroom with two (2) twin beds. There's a second small guest bedroom with a set bunk beds. The main living area includes a pull-out sofa with easy access to the hall bathroom. Maximum of six (8) guests accommodated.
Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. Free Wi-Fi, linens and towels included.
Please note that stairs are necessary to enter this condo due to the graduated elevation. Units are not handicapped accessible and may be difficult to access for those with mobility issues. Please contact us for details.

Coolvacay is new to Lake Winnipesaukee in 2022. The location of Village of Winnipesaukee is a great value for vacationers. Only blocks from Weirs Beach along Lake Winnipesaukee. Winter and summer activities to be enjoyed by all!
What makes this property unique
On site, we offer tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and children's play area. Grills are available for use. Laundry facilities are on property, but not in unit. Parking is available for trailers.
