As you step inside, you'll be greeted by our fully equipped kitchen, adorned with cookware and appliances, ensuring a pleasurable culinary experience throughout your stay. Rest easy in our thoughtfully arranged sleeping quarters, which include a luxurious queen main bedroom with an en-suite bath, a snug guest bedroom furnished with two twin beds, and an additional cozy guest bedroom featuring bunk beds. The main living area offers a pull-out sofa, providing comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests.

Unwind and soak in the breathtaking views from the deck, or make the most of our fantastic on-site amenities, such as tennis courts, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, and a delightful children's play area. Fire up the grills for an outdoor barbecue, and enjoy the convenience of complimentary Wi-Fi, linens, and towels provided for your comfort. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on the property, and trailer parking is available for your convenience.

Please be aware that stair access is necessary due to the elevated position of the condo, and unfortunately, our units are not handicap accessible. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, with a valid photo ID required at check-in. A refundable damage deposit of $200 is collected upon arrival, with a $50 fee applicable to cancellations requiring refunds.

Great Vacation

First vacation in Laconia, NH and the location of our condo made our visit much more relaxing. We were near everything from beach’s, boat rental and restaurants. The condo was very clean and well stocked. The people are so friendly and we will definitely stay here again! Ps great pool too

Beautiful location

Very comfortable townhome in a great location and more than enough room for our family of 5. All the kitchen essentials you need, blankets for lounging on the couch and a great deck for family dinners. Lake has a trampoline for the kids to swim out to and have fun.overall the home was very clean. -only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 star is the lower screened porch needs a good cleaning. We couldn’t use the couch due to the cushions being dirty and it would’ve been a great place for morning coffee since it rained a good portion of our stay.
