Located in the exclusive Destiny East neighborhood, this spacious luxury home offers four main bedrooms, a well-appointed bunk room, and three and a half bathrooms. It's the perfect vacation rental for three or four families with children!

Since it is Florida, rain will happen. However, Tranquil Grace has a full-size pool table for your family to enjoy! Two separate living areas with a sectional sofa, chairs and two large Smart TVs will also help pass the time.

A new 6 seater golf cart has been added for your convenient travel to the beach with is only a 2 minute drive!

The large kitchen is open to one of the living areas and the spacious dining area - the table seats 10 and there’s also seating for four more at the kitchen bar. With abundant storage, granite counters, separate island and bar, and stainless appliances (including a gas stove), it’s a dream kitchen for multiple cooks. And you’ll find it well-equipped with plenty of dishes, flatware, professional cookware, toaster, blender, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, and everything you’ll need to enjoy cooking and dining while you experience life at the beach!

Enjoy the Destin sunshine at your private outdoor pool located in the front courtyard of this home. It’s a great place to cool off and unwind. A gas grill is perfect for preparing your favorite vacation meals.

You can also enjoy time outdoors in the inviting 11 x 26 ft screen porch at the back of this home. Comfortable seating beckons you to relax and enjoy a good book or maybe your morning coffee. There's also a TV, so you can enjoy the game or other favorite programs. The backyard is next to the neighborhood greenbelt and walking paths

Absolutely Stunning Home

We traveled with 3 couples and 4 children ages 1-17. Everything about this home was fantastic. The location, the rooms, the pool, all of it. Whether we wanted to take the golf cart to the beach or for a cruise or hang out at the house, we had a blast. Everyone’s rooms were private and we had plenty of spaces to gather for fun. The pool/ping pong table was a huge hit as well. We had everything we needed for our stay. There isn’t anything they could have done to make our stay better. It was perfection!

Family Vacation at the beach

We had a wonderful week at the beach and in the pool. My wife and I and our four children and significant others had a great week. The golf cart was a great addition to getting back and forth to the beach!

The home is beautiful, plenty of room and very close to the beach! The golf cart is a nice addition & makes it easy to jump on and get to the water. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic

Property was wonderful. Huge house with plenty of space for 2 families…4 adults and 6 kids. Pool was perfect size. 2 Master bedrooms…and the kids loved having their own “wing” with 3 more bedrooms. 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach with plenty of parking and easy access.
