The property was great- light with basic facilities and clean. It was as cool as could be expected for the height of African summer. The air conditioning makes a huge difference when load shedding permits. Lubuto the host provided a warm welcome. and

Up to now you have not mentioned the name of the property. I only found after 2 days in Siavonga and spent there one night. So it was really a very bad experience which made me doubt if your company is genuine
