TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE!!!!

We booked and paid for this property in full on Feb 22, 2024. We were to spend our first Christmas in PDC from Dec 25th through Jan 4th. The Host had no problem accepting our reservation, or taking our money, but apparently had a big problem with communicating to us the property access info for our Check in on Christmas Day. We arrived late in the evening Christmas Day to find out we had been scammed and we were left out of a place to stay and after cancelling our reservation saying we failed to meet the minimum age requirement he promised to refund our money but 2 weeks we've been home and still have not received our refund and for the record I'm 53 and my husband is 60! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOST!!!!
