Space 1: Modern Black and White / One Bedroom with Kitchenette features a queen-size bed with an organic wool mattress, Restoration Hardware Linen Sheets with a Matteo bed coverlet, and a goose-down feather decker for cooler months. The kitchenette includes a Miele Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, disposal, and microwave. Coffee options include French Press, Nespresso, and Drip Coffee Maker. A full-size Electrolux Washer/Dryer and two Samsung Smart televisions with Direct Stream, Max, Netflix, and Paramount Plus are available. Enjoy downtown views from the third-story observation deck with seating.

Shining in ballet from the age of three, Desirae took a lead role in the Nutcracker by the age of six with the Fort Worth City Ballet Company. Through high school and college, she continued a path of competitive sports mixed with the arts. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991, she followed a creative marketing path and in 1993 opened her own graphic design studio American Pie Design, Inc. Desirae discovered that yoga provided a counter to the stress of the corporate world. In 2006, she opened Breath and Body Yoga in Austin. At present she is writing a book on yoga alignment and postures called, “Future Shape of Strong.” She teaches group class, privates, corporate yoga plus tours and trains. Her legacy will include progressing the yoga practice by bringing a new dynamic where vinyasa flow meets alignment.

Desirae and her mother Cynthia live on the property. She recently added an Airstream (bucket list item) to the property. They live within the beautiful oak trees with their 3 whippets. The house was designed by Dick Clark Architecture. Phase two of this project will begin in 2023.
