With a large fenced front yard shaded by a giant Pecan tree, you have plenty of space to stretch your legs or let your kids/dogs play. The house has every amenity you would desire for working remote or kicking back to watch a game or movie. Why they chose this property
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a five minute ride to downtown, Zilker park, Barton Springs, ACL, SXSW, and the lake. We are also a short walk to South Congress which offers amazing restaurants and shopping. Matties known for its free range peacocks and Thai Fresh are a few of our favorite local spots just a few blocks from our door.
What makes this property unique
We love animals and welcome pets! We have children's books and games as well as a travel crib, if needed. Our laundry room has workout equipment and a state of the art Tonal exercise machine.
