Our private guest-home is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Queen-size bed in a private Bedroom and a private bathroom with bathtub. Private entryway to the guest-home and washer and dryer. Parking spaces available. Isolated away at the front of the house with smart TV , high speed internet & WiFi, a desk and chair, and "mini kitchenette" area. Less than 5 minute drive from Mcdonalds, Grocery stores (Target, Stater Brothers) and gyms. Located 10 mins from Lockheed and Northrop.

Safe neighborhood located next to an Elementary and Private High Schools.
Private Bedroom contains brand new Queen-Size wooden bed with a big comfortable soft memory foam mattress.
Guest access
Located only one or two blocks from the shopping centers containing Walgreens (pharmacy), Stater Bros (grocery store), McDonald's and Taco Bell (Fast-Food).
Lots of available parking spaces around the house and on the street side parking.
