Le luminaire de la cuisine.

If light sleeper, dont stay hear.
Stayed 2 wks, A/C bad, leeked water. Had dirty stand fans, very noisy.Garbage trucks 3 times per night, 7day week, very noisy. Sofa bed needs to be replaced, feel springs. No broom drying rack.Lighting was bad, kichen chairs .unconaiuncomfortable.
Really enjoyed our stay. Communication with owner was easy and response time was fast. Loved that we were only a block away from beach with many beach items we could use in the closet. Place was clean and my teen loved that the couch converted to bed. We would definitely stay here again.
The property was very clean with the exception of paint peeling on the walls.
It's a great location , one block from the
Beach stores and eating places. It has secured parking which is a plus.
The unfortunate part is that the trash dumpster trucks run every night starting around 4 AM and they are a disturbance to your sleep.
The futon couch in the living room is not the most comfortable sleep experience.
Having some items to accommodate you for the beach was appreciated.
Working with the property management group before traveling during my stay was a very pleasant experience.

The best part of this place was the proximity to Waikiki. We had an easy time exploring, walked to Diamond Head, walked the length of Waikiki many times, etc. Good restaurants in the area and the place itself seemed secure, it was also clean! The negatives were that trash pickup seemed to be every night at 3am? Lots of noise, whatever it was. The neighborhood was okay, but made me a bit uneasy at times. The parking situation was also difficult. We figured it out fine during our stay, but the first time arriving was super stressful & it was also confusing that the posted signs indicated a need to move your car often (once every 24 hours). Overall not a bad place to stay, but consider all the details!
I was extremely pleased with this location. The apartment was very clean, had a long clean tiled balcony and was nice and perfect upon check-in and check-out. Just a few steps to Waikiki beach and so so much more! I would highly recommend this place and would consider staying here again.
We stayed here for 3 nights with aling two teenage girls. The property is very close to the beach which is nice, but it is located on a rough side-street along with two hostels and a scooter rental shop. It was busy and noisy with a constant flow of people at all hours. The parking is not guaranteed which can be frustrating. The first night we stayed there, we spent about an hour trying to find parking as near the condo as possible. For the last two nights we did find parking in the condo garage, but it discouraged us from wanting to drive anywhere in the evening for fear that we wouldn’t be able to find parking again. The most positive attribute is its close proximity to Waikiki Beach.
This property is in a great location, one block from Waikiki. The apartment has beach accessories that make it convenient to visit the beach any time. Parking was a bit stressful, as you are not guaranteed a spot (as mentioned in the listing) and the garage was really tight, so small vehicles are better off parking in the garage. Apartment was clean and included 2 AC units, one in the bedroom and one in the living area. We didn’t receive our check in instructions prior to arrival, so that caused some delay, but all in all, it’s a great value for what you get.
I give everything 5 stars! The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. Communication with Mark was always timely and friendly. The accommodations were just as described in the listing. The apartment is very walkable to a lot of places. Some properties have noise from the local bars/restaurants but not this place. While not oceanfront, the apartment does face the ocean and you can see it from the balcony. The only thing I would say I would like to be different are: (and these are NOT complaints)1. More than 1 key/fob 2. The shower could use some polishing. Would I book this property again? YES!!!Thanks for hosting us Mark!
The reason for my rating is the street and building. Despite the location, there is no upscale feeling to this unit.
That said, the location is great, the end of Waikiki and a block from the beach. The unit was xceedingly clean, though it shows some unfortunate wear (such as small holes in the curtains and in the futon sheet). The bathroom is adequate but tiny; the bidet is a nice touch.
We did not use the kitchen but it would be great for people staying longer than we did (two days, not a vacation trip).
The unit is in a locked building on a seedy-looking street, home to three hostels, many potholes. The view is principally the fire escapes and balconies of other apartments or hotels.
I found the key fob system annoying, but likely necessary.
Would I stay here again? Probably not, but I am spoiled. I would recommend this to someone on a budget that favors 3-star motels over Ritz-Carltons.
Within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed, especially the beach. Cute apartment with games, videos and cooking supplies. Communication was easy with the property manager. The tenants of the apartment building were also especially kind and helpful
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was close to the beach and many restaurants. We could walk everywhere. When we went on our circle tour the meet up location was very close.
We stayed for 10 days. The location was perfect for us, close to everything. Apartment was great and Mark made it very easy to access upon arrival. Will definitely look at staying here again in the future.
Great property, exactly as described and close to the beach.

Waikiki condo but parking not really guaranteed
We booked the unit because of its high ratings & the advertised good Waikiki location ‘with full kitchen & parking’, key word for us being ‘parking’; turns out that the ‘parking’ is on a first-come-first served basis, so if you don’t plan to leave Waikiki after dark, you might be OK; otherwise you’re out of luck with your car overnight; there are 80 units total in Tradewinds Plaza & we had access to 23 parking spots in the upper garage (there is a lower garage with slightly fewer spots but it was not available to us); you can do the math; when the all spots were full, we wound up parking on the other side of the Honolulu Zoo & walking back 10 mins in the dark (be careful & take a flashlight!); the unit itself was spacious & well-equipped, but the stress/worry about overnight parking put a real damper on our stay; sorry but we would definitely would not book again &/or recommend to anyone with evening plans on Oahu.
So overall our 10day stay was really good. The condo itself was clean and perfect for the 3 of us. It is very conveniently located just a few steps away from the Honolulu Zoo, on the one way street one block off the main strip in Waikiki. I do feel it’s necessary to mention a couple concerns/issues though… please consider that this is not necessarily the best neighbourhood. The area is hugely populated, extremely busy and there is a large presence of homeless and drugs… observed from our 5th floor deck several drug deals go down along with people shooting up by the dumpster across the street. On our last day, just as we’re leaving, I took a pic of 6 cop cars blocking the road entrance and surrounding an ATM machine that someone had broke open. And you gotta love those daily 5am wake up calls… I mean garbage and recycling pick up and crashing of the big dumpsters down below. This is VERY loud and goes on for a few minutes as there are several dumpsters along this roadway.
…. Not necessarily the best neighbourhood but definitely a nice unit with lots of amenities. 4 star overall.
