About this property

Our condo is in a prime location. Beautifully decorated with full kitchen, it provides the perfect spot for the business traveler who wants to avoid staying in hotels! Easy access to I-25 and I-225, we are minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The RTD is within walking distance (7 minutes), and will take you downtown Denver in 30 minutes. It is only a 40 minute drive from DIA. This is a 2nd floor unit. No elevators.
Separate bedroom with king bed. Fully remodeled A quiet place to call your home-away-from-home!

Nadine is a super host!

Nadine truly cares that her guests have have a great stay in her condos.. She is quick to reply to any questions or help in any way. Her condos are clean and updated with all the comforts you will ever need. There is a beautiful park nearby and shopping too. I run several furnished apartments/condos in the Denver Metro area (DTC) and am a licensed CO real estate agent. I love meeting guests who come from all over the States and internationally to visit this beautiful place. The sun shines all the time (even right after a snow storm). The mountains, lakes, rivers and casual lifestyle make visiting us a pleasure!
I am able to offer studios, 1BR and 2BR condos, so if you don't find what you need, please ask!

Unfortunately, in order to ensure no accidents or allergies, we do not allow pets in any of our units.
