About this property

Deer Run Manor - Indoor Pool, Hot Tub & Game Room

Situated at the end of a private road, Deer Run Manor is 3,600 square foot house with room and activities for the whole family to enjoy! Sleeping up to 16 people, it features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. In the pool house you can enjoy swimming, sit pool side, and enjoy the 75" TV and Bluetooth speakers. Walk out the back sliding door onto our deck with tables and chairs for all and a propane grill. Down the path you will find our outdoor fire pit and 6 person hot tub.

Inside we have a dining room with seating for 16 and a kitchen table with seating for four more. In our fully stocked kitchen we have Cafe appliances, wall oven and microwave, gas range, and a stainless steel fridge. There is also a second fridge located in the hallway off of the kitchen for additional food storage.

On the entry floor there are two bedrooms with queen beds, each with a desk and chair as well as a smart TV. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms and a TV room located at the top of the stairs. In the Primary suite there is a king bed, sitting area and 55" TV. The ensuite features a large bathroom vanity, walk in shower, soaking tub and walk-in closet. In the second king suite, there is also a 55" TV, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom on the second floor has 3 twin xl over queen bunk beds. The TV room has a 55" TV and a full bath with a walk-in shower off of it.

In the finished basement we have a game room with dart boards, poker table, ping pong table, pool table and more! When you're done playing a game of pool, you can sit back and watch a movie on the 75" TV with surround sound. We also have a kitchenette with a mini fridge and sink.

If you are looking to go on a hike, we are located within 30 minutes of all the popular Hocking Hills parks and just 20 minutes outside of Logan.

*For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we have external security cameras located on the garage next to the house facing the driveway and front porch. There is also a security camera at the entrance to the property facing the road.

Excellent family house

Our family all stayed here for parents 50th anniversary. Parent and three grown children with 6 kids all had plenty of room. So many things to do inside the house and on property it was excellent. Very nice accommodations, will remember this one!

Fall Family Gathering

Perfect family gathering

This property is truly a gem! What a wonderful spot it was to gather with our family & create new memories. We spent hours playing games, swimming, talking, and singing. The proximity to Hocking hills trails, accessible Wifi, comfortable beds, and full washer&dryer left nothing to be desired! We would love the opportunity to come again!

Roomy for big group

I rented the house for our daughters joint Bachelor/bachelorette weekend. There was 16 adults. It had everything we needed. The pool was perfect, plenty of space for us to sleep and the basement was perfect for game nights. Highly recommend ans will definitely stay again.

The house is great! A couple of suggestions. More seating on the main floor for physically challenged individuals who aren’t able to climb stairs. Also, per the teenage girls more things to do their age. Maybe wii or karaoke . But we had a lovely time overall. Maybe planning a extended family vacation , this house checks alot of the boxes. But additional main floor seating like what is upstairs and downstairs would be great.

The Manor was even better than advertised! From the deer we saw every morning to the premium appliances and well supplied necessities such as pool towels, paper goods, kitchen supplies etc. we were thoroughly satisfied. The icing on the cake was the unbelievable pool room which was better than many hotels we stayed in! The downstairs game room was also a big hit and probably the most used feature (along with the pool) during our stay. Then manor is very thoughtfully laid out and we enjoyed our evening meals around the King Arthur feasting table which could accommodate 20 diners if necessary ! The only things that could have been improved were more water in the hot tub and a grill brush - other than that we highly recommend this place!!

Perfect Family Gathering Place

Where to begin? The house is tucked away on a private lane away from the road. It is surrounded by nature and plenty of places to enjoy it on both the front porch and back deck. The house is equipped with top of the line appliances, a huge variety of games in the basement for the family to enjoy, the best pool setup that is complete with some pool toys, and most importantly comfortable beds! I would encourage any one who has a large family with kids to take advantage of this place. For those who are worried about it, there is a TV in almost every room, WiFi, as well as a few convenience stores near by. The highlight for our family was the extra large dining room table for our family to gather around and share a meal. The kids swam three times in one day (there is a dryer to get the suits and towel dry in between). So grateful for the opportunity to have the entire family under one roof! Will book again for next year!

Great Location and Amenities for FAMILY weekend

House was great with all amenities included. But could have been a bit cleaner with lots of dead bugs in light over kitchen table, shower not cleanest off loft area, and could have used a fly swatter for the pesky fly and his friend we couldn't get rid of. BUT overall the amenities included made our stay a great one. Pool was a huge hit with our grandkids along with the gameroom, hot tub and fire pit (once they brought us a new one as the one there didn't work first night.) Once they got my message they were very quick to respond and replace the fire pit and tv that wasn't working in one of the bedrooms. Definitely a great place for family time.

Amazing vacation property!

This house was perfect for our group of 16 adults, teenagers and kids. The house was very clean and modern. Highlights were indoor pool, large basement with many games and large table where we could all eat. The host was very helpful and responded quickly to questions, and gave area recommendations. We would stay her again. Highly recommend!

Annual Family Getaway

All of our family enjoyed this property. Adults and teens enjoyed hot tub, with all enjoying the great swimming pool. The fire pit was great to sit around and talk.

Nice home!

The home was exactly as described!! Lots of space a wonderful indoor pool. The hot tub was amazing. We had a great time with five adults and four children (ages 4-9). We even left something behind and the host was so kind to mail it to us, which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.
