Great location for near by attractions. Great hot tub. Plenty of bathroom tools but only two kitchen towels. Very low water pressure. Host notes state water unsafe to drink but have water station that guest needs to bring in own water to refill. Game room above garage split unit for heat or air not working. Water issue should be listed on advertisement. Mostly great place to stay.

Pros: Great space with tons to do! The kids loved the game room, we all spent lots of time in the pool (not heated, just fyi), and the basketball/pickleball court was awesome! The property was secluded, which we loved and allowed us to be outside a bunch enjoying the amenities. The firepit was fun and the smores making kit was a hit! We were only a 15 minute drive from the easy trail of Ash Cave, which was good for the young kids we had in our group. The host was very responsive and helped with issues that arose.Cons: While pulling into the driveway after check-in time, the cleaning crew was just leaving the house and it smelled like bleach. They left behind dirty rags and cleaning supplies out, as well as a roll of TP on the banister. When we all went to take showers the first night, half of the clean towels were stained and we ran out of soap/conditioner in multiple bathrooms the first day. The host did have someone come and replace the towels, which was appreciated, but the quality control for the cleaning team needs addressed. All the baseboards and vents in the house need a deep clean. The check out time was different from our original reservation and the pool cleaning company arrived prior to check out which made us feel pushed out. The beds were too firm for most of group, but the grandpa loved it, so that's just a matter of preference. Overall, for the price, we expected a cleaner environment, but the space itself was a great setup for large groups.

The house was clean and fun for the whole family. The game room, movie space, milk shake making supplies, hot tub, and pool were all enjoyed during our stay. We ran out of water and toilet paper and when I reached out to Wendy, more was dropped off the next day- very helpful and responsive.
