Ideally located on the South side of Rosemary Beach,“Tuscan Blue” is steps from the white sugar sand beaches of 30A and the Eastern Green. A short 1 minute walk to the Coquina community pool and a 5 minute stroll to Rosemary Beaches’ most pristine restaurants and luxury boutique style shops, or hop on your 2 complimentary bikes for a cruise to explore all that 30A has to offer. 

Perfect for a romantic getaway for two or totally suitable for a small family! Step into this newly constructed carriage house and you will find a open concept living space complete with a living room, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. The large windows in the living room let a ton of natural light into the space. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, with seating for four. There are two guest bedrooms, the first has a king size bed with balcony access and the second has a queen over queen bunk bed. The shared bathroom has one sink and a glass enclosed shower. Both bedrooms have TVs and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. The carriage house is accessed by a flight of stairs and under the stairs is an outdoor shower for guest use. There is a outdoor table on the ground level of the carriage house that seats six, perfect for a meal al fresco! Guests will also have the luxury of using the Tesla charging station - charging cable is located by the garage doors and reaches outside to parking area for charging.

1) Travel protection is not included in our quotes but may be purchased at check out or obtained independently. 
2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.
3) This property has 2 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4)  Guests are permitted to only one parking spot at this carriage house in front of the garage door. Additional street parking can be found throughout Rosemary. Guests do not have access to inside of the garage for parking. 
5) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
