Stayed with with my husband and friends to go mountain biking. Location was perfect and views from the back porch were great! Feels like you are staying in a remote location but close to everything.
Great place for family activities if weather is not cooperative. Grand littles loved the hot “pool”. Darts and ping pong & fire pit were fun evening activities. Beautiful & peaceful. For us literally around the corner from our son’s house.Definitely recommend!
At the end of a cul-de-sac. Feels very secluded and quiet. Back porch is awesome with the hot tub and pellet grill. Drive way is pretty steep but it really wasn’t an issue in our Mini Cooper. Game room garage is a nice touch. We will be back for sure!
This was a little getaway for my wife and I before she began her career after graduation. The home was very nice and well thought out. The owners took the time to personalize our stay with a greeting for my wife as she just graduated from higher education. The home is just far enough off the road that you definitely feel like you are in the woods and get a sense of being alone with the wilderness. The hot tub is a great addition to the feeling of being in the wilderness. The owners offered a massage session from a local company and they went above and beyond to make for a one of a kind stay. Would recommend this home to anyone. Top notch for sure.
We had a wonderful stay at this cabin for our family Christmas trip! The location was beautiful, and the cabin had great amenities, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While the cleanliness was generally good, we did notice a couple of spots on the sheets in the second bedroom and some minor damage to the outdoor furniture. We also had a bit of confusion with the back door lock on our part, but the hosts were incredibly responsive, taking care of everything quickly and with great attention.Their communication and response time were truly the best I’ve experienced staying in a VRBO property. They also went above and beyond by providing helpful recommendations for family-friendly activities in the area and even made sure we had everything needed for a fire so we could roast s’mores.Overall, it was a memorable and peaceful getaway, and we’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy retreat. It made our Christmas trip truly special!
The back deck area offered incredible privacy and was really the most impressive feature of the home.
TVs are a smart tv situation, so you’ll need to supply your own log-ins for any services you want.
The driveway is incredibly steep. Wasn’t a problem for me with a pickup and a hitch rack for my bikes. But if you have a van or wagon the steepness might limit your ability to back up the drive with a bike rack.
The home did seem mostly clean but not the cleanest I’ve stayed in. It did seem to have some
bug issues which are hard to avoid in a country setting, but ants were highly prevalent in the garage and I found a couple of cockroaches in the master bathroom.
