Very nice stay. Everything was as described, host was very friendly and responsive. It would be great if they can add an additional bathroom at the property since there are 5 rooms and capacity for up to 14 people.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the rental was upon arrival. We were a little disappointed that there wasn’t a Christmas tree as I had sent a message to ask about it before booking, but the host sent a tree over and it was on the porch overnight. Toiletries and cleaning supplies were adequate, and the area was open and perfect for a Christmas stay of 2 families so that we could be in the same home for the holiday. We would stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Great graduation trip

Accommodations were perfect easy to get everywhere we needed to go and house was big enough for our whole family and a couple of ones that came to visit during the day. Communication with the owner was amazing and would go there again.

Overall, I would give this property a very high grade, and would use it again. I gave it four stars because there were a number of items that need some attention, and I communicated them with the host, Justin. This is a large house, which I needed for myself and relatives coming in from out of town for a buriel service for my mother. I needed a nice, clean house, with a lot of room, able to sleep 8, and at least 3 bathrooms. It fit the bill. Justin, the hose, was excellent. He responded anytime I needed him, quickly. It was close to the city of Tampa, and had some nice restaurants within 15 minutes of the house. The items that needed attention were not a major issue, just some finishing touches, and as I stated before, I would definitely use this rental again.
