DO NOT BOOK HERE

This place and the owner are HORRIBLE. I reserved this location based on the pictures provided and was very disappointed. First night after hours on a flight wrong pin was provided and had to wait several hours to gain access to the property. Owner was very rude and did not live in the same time zone so was upset that he was woken up. Doctor was allergic to something in the property and owner refused a refund when it was unbearable/unhealthy to stay in. He provided to give medical advice to a Doctor. NOT WORTH the hassle STAY AWAY!

Do not book here!

We arrived on check in day April 14th to an unkept lawn, moldy, broken, torn up porch furniture and then a key code that did not work. The property owner took his time sending us the correct key code. Once we were in it looked like someone had just run out the back door, lights on, old food in the fridge, fresh pizza in the full garbage can, dirty dishes on counter and crusty food in the sink. Dirty towels all over both bathrooms, no clean ones. A bag of GARBAGE in the closet by the front door smelled up the entire house. Looked like someone had just taken a nap in the master bedroom. Owner refused to communicate with me, said he would call me that evening. We did NOT stay and had to book a room at a hotel. NO refund or call from hims as of yet!

Great location for UT

Location was just off the freeway with an easy exit and close to all our events at the University of Texas. Just know that this is a duplex, but plenty of room and was stocked with most everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice. We were disappointed that there were not two king size beds as listed - one king and one queen. Luckily there were only three of us so it worked out fine. Owner responded quickly to all our emails.

Don’t stay here, No hot water, dirty, old

DO NOT STAY HERE No hot water, dirty, old, stinks, gross, and a complete dump. Not comfortable to be there, feels unsafe and poor lighting. Washing machine doesn’t work properly. Can’t wash linens, no hot water, no clean, holes in the walls, broken lamps, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms. Outside trash bags with rodents eating trash next to your parking spot. Zero help from VRBO and property manager. DO NOT STAY HERE
