This space is a walled off section of the house with bedroom, bathroom, and small dining area. You have a completely private space that is not shared with anyone with your own door access to come and go as you please. The driveway is shared and will require you to park on the left-hand side

Great place for getaway

It was in a great community and quiet. Definitely recommend staying especially for a couple it’s perfect size. Communication was great always making sure you had everything. Highly recommend.

First College Baseball Tournament

We were in Davenport for our grandson’s first college baseball tournament. The location was perfect as he played in 3 different cities. The 3 rooms were spacious and adequate for our needs. It was clean and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We felt extremely safe in the gated quiet community as we enjoyed early morning and evening walks. The pool was an added bonus. Our host was as nice as she could be answering any questions we had immediately. This was our first experience renting this way and couldn’t have been more pleased.

Quiet, clean and safe florida get

This place was great! Seems like a safe community and very quiet. The host was amazing and answered all communications promptly.Our living space was perfect for us... would come back to this location again!

Good Value

Stayed 4 nights over President’s Day weekend for the purpose of visiting Disney parks. I’m an AP holder and generally prefer staying off property but even with discount, room prices were nuts. Lindsay’s property was so much more affordable. Photos and descriptions were accurate, accommodations similar to a hotel room, but with better kitchenette amenities. I’m not an Orlando native so took for granted the proximity of Davenport, relative to traffic. It did take longer than expected to get to the parks (25-40 min, depending on the day), but just is what it is, and plan accordingly to navigate the traffic. Neighborhood was safe and super quiet.
