Fully-Equipped Villa Next to Disney!

Located just 2 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and minutes to numerous restaurants and outlet malls. This well-equipped villa will surely make your visit to Florida comfortable and very memorable.

For people not familiar with the area, Kissimmee is part of the Orlando metropolitan area. For the exact location of the villa and proximity to the parks, zoom out slightly on the map below.

The villa has a very comfortable king bed, it is fully equipped with everything you need from towels, sheets, bathroom essentials, iron, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, and blender.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests to stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting touches surfaces ( lights, switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc ) before your check-in.

Although we are making these efforts to clean and disinfect, please take your own precautions.

Parking is a few steps away from the unit for convenience. At the clubhouse, also a few steps away, there are computers and printers for guests to use, gym, laundry room, heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, a BBQ area and basketball court.

Our goal is to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Easy access to the villa with self check-in and keyless entry door lock and free parking. We provide an initial supply of bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo+conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels.

We can arrange a pack n play for an additional fee of $45 for an entire stay.

Very convenient to all of the Disney properties and was a perfect space for a couple. Small kitchen allows you to cook in if you desire. Great communication with the property manager. Would recommend!

Very nice place that is within driving distance of all the theme parks and food establishments. Area is safe and not a lot of noise.

It was a very clean and quiet stay! It was like home away from home. Pool was awesome, they have a kiddie pool area that was great for my son to play in. Overall really impressed! My family and I had a great time!

From start to finish everything went smoothly with setting up our place to stay while visiting Orlando. The daily rate was really reasonable. We were able to get the dates we wanted. The host made sure the place was clean, we had everything we needed and kept in contact with us. There are many food and shopping places nearby. Thank you for a great stay.

Host was a good communicator when i told her the stove top did not work. But we brought food to cook so that we wouldnt have to buy much throughout the week. She said they would send a replacement, but never came. I believe they already knew it was broke because there was a large visible crack in it. Dishwasher did not work, had to hand wash all dishes. Not a terrible inconvenience, but it was advertised as having dishwasher. Half of the outlets did not work. It was a nice place, you could see the fireworks from Disney perfectly, and it was close to parks. But i did not appreciate being swindled into believing it had ALL the amenities listed when it did not. I could have made better accommodations had i known ahead of time.
