This property was about 15-20 minutes from the theme parks and just about 30 minutes from MCO. The communication with the host was clear, thorough, and timely. She checked in on check-in day and responded to questions throughout the process. The villa was a basic apartment, slightly dated, but nicely decorated, with clean sheets and towels. Good water pressure in bathroom. I did not spend much time on the property overall, but it was good for what I needed —a clean, safe place to shower & sleep.

Enjoyed a 5 day trip with my daughter. Great location, felt safe, lots of dining options and communication was good. I had everything I needed but mainly ate at restaurants as we were out and about.

The Villa was clean, neat and very accommodating. The host is an excellent communicator and made the check-in and check-out easy. The bed was very comfortable, which is usually a challenge when travelling. The fact that the Villa is only 15 minutes away from Disney World is a great bonus. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The property is advertised as "Fully-Equipped Villa Next to Disney." It IS Next to Disney--just a few miles; about 20 one-way via RideShare. However, it IS NOT a Villa. It IS NOT Fully-Equipped:-washer/dryer is not in unit-the “stove” is two very small burners; no oven-only one kitchen towel-not all electric outlets work-tissues (Kleenex) not provided; had to ration our toilet paper (we stayed 4 nights)-coffee pods not provided nor were we informed to bring any for the tiny maker-front door has gaps; we had a tiny visitor: lizard :)-unit probably had not been used in awhile; there were dead roaches, flies and bugs in the unitPrior to leaving for Kissimmee, I contacted owner to check if they had an iron and toaster: Yes, they do! Unfortunately:-the iron was broken (a different iron brought the next day)-the toaster was not worthy of my English muffinsMy positives:-the shower had great water pressure

Very convenient to all of the Disney properties and was a perfect space for a couple. Small kitchen allows you to cook in if you desire. Great communication with the property manager. Would recommend!

Close to everything!

Very nice place that is within driving distance of all the theme parks and food establishments. Area is safe and not a lot of noise.

Great stay

The location was excellent. It was very close to everything we needed and Disney. The property was quiet. We watched the fireworks from our window every night. The price was great too!

Great location

Property was in a great location and was perfect for my husband and I. Bathroom needs some updating and the air vents need to be cleaned other than that the price was good for the property.

Nice space and great location!

We had the best time and truly enjoyed our stay here! Very nice, quite, and cozy space, while be located within minutes of Disney and anything you could want to do. We loved the amazing view of Disney’s fireworks each evening!

This was a perfect place for a couple to spend the week! We had no issues getting to and from Disney, it was the perfect distance to not be kept up at night with traffic, but still get to the parks with minimal traffic in the mornings. The only thing was the WiFi wasn’t working for a short bit, but the host had great communication and responded immediately. Another warning is there was only a bathroom sized trash can and trash bags in the kitchen, so be prepared with trash bags if you have any trash. The pool was also fun. There were a couple other people, but all very nice.
