Apartment 22:
The bright and friendly apartment is located in the 1. Floor of the apartment complex and extends over approximately 61 m². The apartment has a living room, with a cozy sitting area, a separate kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. The south-facing balcony invites you to relax and unwind. The apartment has internet access via W-LAN.  A parking lot is located in front of the house and is already included in the rental price. A linen package, consisting of bed linen and towels, can be rented for € 15.00 per person.

The residence Roland (33 apartments spread over two houses) is located on a quiet side street on Glienberg in the immediate vicinity of the forest. The center of Zinnowitz with shops, restaurants and cafes is within walking distance. To the fine sandy beach and Baltic Sea is about 800m (10 minutes), the pier of the seaside resort in about 15 minutes to reach. Sauna, relaxation room and small swimming pool on the ground floor of house 1 can be shared free of charge. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat are located on the ground floor of the house.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Ferienwohnung in die Jahre gekommen

Der Internetseite ist sehr gut dargestellt. Die Größe der Wohnung war voll okay auch das 2 Naßzellen vorhanden waren. Die Sauna war ein kleines Highlight, die Sauberkeit dort voll okay. Das kostenlose W-LAN war okay. Aber die Wohnung hätte sauberer sein können.Die Wasserhähne und Toiletten mit Schmotter, Kalk, Grünspan, die Toilettenspülung fragwürtig, die weißen Türen versabbert, an den Gardienen fehlden Aufhänger, der Kühlschrank klemmte mit der darunterliegenden Schublade, Schimmel im Gefrierfach. Einen kaputten Griff haben wir selbst mit Pflaster getapt, damit wir uns nicht die Finger zwicken. Die Handtücher vom Wäschepaket rochen modrig. Eines der Einzelbetten knarrte schon beim Anschauen Eine unten liegende Steckdose war lose. Die früher weißen Kunststoffbalkonmöbel stumpf und mit Grau überzogen. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist ein einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Leider war das Wetter nicht so schön, aber Gott sei Dank, hatte die Ferienwohnung einen Pool und Sauna, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte, so dass die Kinder versorgt waren.
