Upstairs / complete upper floor of the historic villa with ~ 140 m²: - 2 living rooms, which are separated by 2-wing double doors- 1 living room with magnificent sea views and large lake-side balcony- 1 living room with large historical loggia on the south-west side- 1 bathroom with bath / WC and 2 bathrooms with shower / WC- sea side with open kitchen and dining table for 6 persons- south side with separate kitchen and dining table for 4 persons The kitchens are fully equipped (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Dolce -Gusto Coffee Capsule Machine, filter coffee machine). The decor of the house is high quality with parquet floors, carpets, pictures, flat screen TV (satellite) / DVD player / micro stereo system and garden and patio furniture. The living rooms are each furnished with comfortable sofa beds. Both bedrooms have sea views and an offshore terrace, they are provided with insect protection. Our house is a non-smoking house. Please take care of this and make way for the loggia, the terraces or the side balcony on the upper floor. The bringing of a dog is permitted only after prior agreement with the landlord in the apartment EC south. Upstairs, pets are not allowed!

VILLA ACHTERKERKE - the sea is at your feet!The charming 5-star villa (built in 1845) is one of Heringsdorf's oldest surviving villas. Elevated - with a fantastic view - on the hill of the Kulms, on a spacious, well-kept property with mature trees. On the sea side, the house was extended and opens to the Baltic Sea - with sea views from all apartments. Many returning guests always come back to this relaxing place and appreciate the owner-managed house. The villa is divided into four apartments. Each two can be connected to a generous unit floor by floor. The house is therefore flexible for up to 12 people (prices on request) bookable: as a whole - as a floor for max. 6 persons - or 4 units a max. 3 persons !  Holiday with dog is possible only in the apartment 3: EC / South & Sea by prior arrangement. On the property a staircase leads down to the spa park and the wide, white sandy beach, where we like to reserve one of our beach chairs (49 € / week). Our beach section is a bit quieter, away from the quriligen beach life around the pier. Restaurants as well as possibilities for strolling and shopping are in the Kulmstraße and in a few steps away center. We offer a free bread delivery service and W-LAN. An employee of our house is the contact person during your stay on site! After consultation u. Availability we offer gg. Fee also an intermediate cleaning, additional linen change or Laundry. If you arrive by car, please reserve a parking space on the property (5 € / N.).  As a partner of Golfpark Balmer See, our guests use the driving range for free and enjoy Grennfee discounts! In the nearby OstseeTherme our guests receive 50% discount in the bathing and sauna world!The VILLA ACHTERKERKE is the heart of the ACHTERKERKE FOUNDATION. It promotes talented children from low-income families on the island of Usedom and promotes the conveyance of values and the strengthening of social skills.
