About this property

Wake Up on Beautiful Chatham Square by Lucky Savannah

At Chatham Square Perch, you’ll wake up every morning to the low, sweeping branches of beautiful Live Oak trees. Located on Chatham Square, you’ll be off the beaten path of Savannah’s shopping and nightlife centers, providing you with a quiet space to relax. This second floor apartment is apart of collection of apartments in a historic home, established in 1854.

Comfort reigns here at Chatham Square Perch; Curl up with a book on the couch or one of several comfortable arm chairs around the apartment. A rainy day won’t be able to dampen your spirits as you relax in front of the large TV. Whether you're catching up on your favorite shows on the smart television, or playing a game of cards with your party, you'll have an ample amount of space to relax together.

Light and bright, the quaint yet well equipped kitchen overlooks Chatham Square, and sits just off of the living room. Prepare home cooked meals, or brew a morning cup of coffee before heading out on the town to start your day!

At the back of the apartment, with a tasteful mix of antique furniture, a four post king-size bed, and en suite bath with a tub-shower combination, the bedroom is a secluded retreat for two.

You’re just a quick walk from Mrs. Wilkes Dining House on Jones Street, where you’ll find some of the best Southern home cooking in the city. Take a leisurely morning stroll through Forsyth Park, or people watch while having coffee at Collins Quarters at The Park, and don’t forget to check out the local Farmers Market on Saturday!

Great location!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here for a week visiting my daughter at SCAD and working remotely. I appreciated the layout, the desk for working right by the window, the cleanliness, and the bed was very comfortable. It is also in a great location - I walked to Crystal Beer Parlor and I am celiac so I love that restaurant! I also thought it was cool to be able to open up the door to get a little fresh air and sunshine into the bedroom! The couch was comfy, I used the extra chairs as a coffee table which was fine, and the lamps were nice at night. The rugs could use replacing as they are wearing, but they didn’t feel dirty. The white chair I did not sit in as that looked dirty as well. The kitchen could have used a few more supplies like a pizza tray and cutter and a mat to go under the dish dry rack since there was not a dishwasher, but I cooked eggs and made chicken and veggies. They also left some Savannah roaster coffee which I thought was a nice touch. You can hear the person living upstairs walking, etc. but it wasn’t enough to bother me. The stairs leading up to the space are tight and you have to carry your suitcase and groceries, but that’s Savannah! The location was perfect - everything is within a 20 minute walk. Overall, I would stay here again. Once I got into the space, if felt like my own private bungalow!

Great Location, 15 minute walk from everything Savannah
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great property for my wife and me. We stayed here while visiting our son, a student at SCAD. It was in a great location, walking distance to everything and about 1 block to Forsyth park. Just be aware there are step stairs you must climb in order to get to the second floor of the building.

Mother Daughter trip
Was as advertised. Best parts were the location and historical details. We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen could use a little spiffing up with better appliances, pots & pans- don’t plan on cooking in the kitchen- go out to all the amazing places within walking distance! Parking was a minor inconvenience- 2-he limit on street. Get the parking Savannah app- gives you some $ to start.

Near Chatham Square & The Mercer-Williams Home
Great place to stay. Quaint, comfortable bed. If you have a heavy suitcase it is a chore to get it up staircase. Building is from 1860’s and has the charming details from 150 years ago. Liked this unit better than a more expensive one we stayed at overlooking Forsyth Park as it allowed us to walk just about everywhere including Mrs. Wilke’s Restaurant (get there by 10 am to wait in line) which was 2-3 blocks away. Would stay here again.
