This newly remodeled modern, two-bedroom, two bath upscale condo is in a quiet neighborhood and just steps from Manasota Key and intercostal waters and overlooks the pool, boat dock and fishing pier. Everything you need is within walking distance, a convenience store, beach apparel shop, great entertainment, shopping, restaurants, live music, tiki bars, pizza, fine dining, state parks, and more. You can also catch a ride on the golf cart train with Stumpy. It is free, but he does accept tips. This quiet little key has that Old Florida feel, with no buildings over three stories and limited density. Manasota Key has activities like jet ski, boat, kayak, and paddle board rentals, eco tours, and charter fishing. Access to private beach and docks. Grab your sunscreen, pull up a chair and enjoy beauty and tranquility while watching the sunset. Enjoy the view of the bay, which is in close proximity, while lounging in the pool or grilling poolside!
Sunset Rendezvous Beach has been newly renovated and decorated in a modern beachy style with a little bit of Old Florida flare. The kitchen has modern stainless-steel appliances and is stocked with all your kitchen needs. The master bedroom and bathroom have a brand-new king bed, closet, and dresser for you to unpack and let the world melt away. The second bedroom and bathroom have two brand new twin beds, closet, and dresser for additional guests. The spacious living room has 2 new sofas and flat screen TV. The living room sleeps 2 on the pull-out couch.
The abundance of natural light flows seamlessly throughout the home because of its many widows and glass doors.
Manasota Key is the perfect spot in Paradise for your vacation or get-away!
The village of Old Englewood is a short 4 block stroll into town for dinner. If you prefer a more intimate setting why not throw a few steaks on the grill and bring your day to a tranquil and magical end by enjoying a beautiful sunset on the Gulf, just across the street from the condo.
Want to bring your boat, jet skis or kayaks and dock them in back with just a short walk to the condo.
Our beaches offer sparkling Gulf waters and cool pretty white sand, shells, and a lively night life along with spectacular sunset views year-round!

Great location & clean!

We had never been to Manasota Key! The host was great about giving us recommendations for our trip. The condo was cozy, clean, & updated nicely. The location of this place is great. You can be to the beautiful beach in 3 min once you leave your door. The pool area was lovely and the views of the water were beautiful. This place is low key and not over populated which we LOVED. We walked to dinner a few nights and found our favorite restaurant The Waverly. Being that we flew in it was nice there are beach chairs and a few beach towels to use. We would absolutely come back to this area!

Cute option across the street from the beach

Cute updated apartment two bedrooms and each has a bathroom which is great. No views from the windows but you aren’t here to stay indoors. Easy walk across the street to the beach and property pool in the back is a nice addition with plenty of lounge chairs. Kitchen stocked with pots and pans etc and coffee for one morning Can walk to the local restaurants—enjoyed lunch and dinner at the Waverly A great stay for a family of 4 (Note washer/dryer is a small combo machine and it takes several hours to do one small load of laundry-if you need to to more there are machines downstairs that take quarters)

Awesome Location

The location could not be better, parking & condo access is easy, beach is great and simple to get to, property is clean, near and comfortable. Pretty manager was easily accessible and very quick to respond. When in the area this would be our place of choice to stay next time
