Great Stay!

We had an excellent stay in Hilton Head! We really appreciated all the amenities and how responsive David was with getting me some seafood recommendations and additional parking passes. Short walk to the beach and check in and check out process was very easy.

Amazing Beach!!

We had a great time here for the week! David, the owner, was ready to help quickly when needed. It took usminutes to cross the boardwalk with a slow walking 2 year old. The beach is amazing! Vsand ,just perfect!

Wonderful condo

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! This is our second time staying at this condo. The two bunks in the one room helps to provide plenty of sleeping space, even for a family of 8 like us!

Great place and location

The property was well located and plenty of room for our group of 7. The place had everything we needed to cook and travel to the beach. The walk to the beach over the boardwalk let us see a lot of wildlife, birds, crabs, horseshoe crab and anoles. The outdoor pool on the first floor with a bar and food was very convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great condo!

Great condo with all the amenities! Perfect location and very family friendly! Host was very fast in answering all questions and resolving any arising issues! Can’t recommend enough!

Condo was very clean and everything we needed was at our fingertips. Very spacious. We have stayed at HHR many times over the past 20 years and love the beach, pools, cocos, & the store by the pool for last minute things.

Great location for our Spring Break week.

Very nice condo and well furnished. Lots of amenities on the property for any weather. The pool had a great grill/shop and we all loved the food and tourist item prices. The staff was great as well. The condo has lots of kitchen supplies so we were able to cook - but bring your own spices. Loved our week!

Perfect spot for a family

This is our first time staying at this condo, although we have stayed at this resort for the past 10 years. This is a perfect spot for a family, especially this condo as it is in building 1 closest to the boardwalk and pool! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home at the beach! We will be booking again.

Condo amenities with friends

The best parts of this condo are convenience and location. Being in front building is ideal bc shortest walk to beach! Inside is larger than expected and plenty of room for 2 families.

A few items would have made it perfect Some pillows did not have pillowcases Remotes had dead or no batteries Dryer was not cleaned and we removed at least a pound of lint A few dish towels But, this was our best sisters weekend in years Thanks

We apologize for the lack of Pillow cases as the cleaning crew is suppose to make sure all the pillows have cases. The same is true for dish towels in the kitchen. As to the dryer we are installing a new state of the art full size dryer that will eliminate the lint buildup issue. We are glad the sisters were able to have their best weekend in years and look forward to their return visit next year.

Great stay!

We had a great time. The condo was nice, a little outdated, but worth every penny. The process was so easy from booking to check in to check out. We had a guest visit for a day and the owner responded to our request for a parking pass almost immediately! The property is great with the multiple pools, poolside restaurant and, beachside restaurant. We had 2 adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room! Would definitely go back!

Great Family Stay

This villa is ideal for a family vacation. It was very clean on arrival. The provided directions and arrival info were accurate and easy to follow. Our family of seven had ample room with everything we needed including chairs, boards and toys for the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped for meal preparation. David was very helpful and responded quickly to questions and requests during our stay. We had a great week and look forward to staying again.

The property was great!! We loved it!! My only suggestion would be to leave written instructions for the television (there were four remotes) and the clothes dryer.
