Freshly painted and professionally cleaned and managed. A 2 minute drive down the hill brings you to Kern River's public access areas, as well as historic downtown Kernville and all of its amazing options for dining and shopping.

Additional parking available on the back side of our lot for your approved recreational vehicles, boats, etc.!
