Come stay in luxury while enjoying the majestic beauty of Kernville. The MiNT home is a stunning and spacious upgraded modern getaway. We are located within walking distance to downtown shops and eateries. This home features 4 bedrooms plus a bonus/game room and can accommodate up to 12 guests in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the mountain views from the oversized porch while the kids play Pac-Man or foosball in the arcade style game room.
The space
This home is new on the market and perfect for family getaways of all sizes. Ceiling fans and central air/heating in every room and great weather make it extremely comfortable. We are excited to offer our home to you to create lasting memories with family and friends and are looking for feedback and suggestions to make this the best experience for our guests.

Beautiful Get Away

Perfect for a party of 10, four adults, three teens and three kids. Everyone enjoyed the stay. The house is close to the river and restaurants.

Kern river adventures

My family came to Kern for a birthday celebration. We ventured up past johnsonsdale to enjoy natures poolside, it was amazing. Our birthday dinner night was at ewings, the food really good and nice size portions. Our home base was very accommodating for the 9 of us. We got back after along day and we’re able to unwind comfortable and really enjoyed sitting outside and talking about our adventures. Thanks for a great visit

We had a great trip and experience!

Our trip didn't feel like a vacation at all, because this house is very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. The hosts are very attentive and communicative. This is an excellent spot, and we'll certainly refer friends and others to use this house, as their vacation home.
