The lovingly furnished, bright apartment on the upper floor is 100 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 people. With us you do not have to sleep in bunk beds. In the 3 bedrooms there are a total of 2 double beds with separate mattresses and 3 beds, each with a large mattress in the sizes 1.60 m, 1.40 m and 1.20 m. In the cozy living room you will find some board games, books and also a TV. From there you get directly to the beautiful, located on the courtyard, 25sqm large terrace on which the landlords provide an electric grill. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped for you, in addition to the usual utensils you will also find there a coffee maker, a toaster, an oven with hob, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and even a pantry. The apartment has its own parking space in the yard. An internet connection is also available.

The family-friendly house of the family Heitzler has two apartments. The attic apartment has 75sqm, 2 separate bedrooms, 1 living / sleeping area, 1 bathroom shower / WC and an open kitchen / dining / living area. Ample space for up to 7 people. The first floor apartment has 100sqm and can accommodate up to 10 people. 3 bedrooms. Groups are welcome, but both apartments are interconnected but can be locked separately. Pitches for car are in the yard. The apartments are located in Kappel 4 km from EUROPA-PARK. We have no bunk beds ... Each apartment has a games collection and a box Lego. No tourist tax The landlord requires a deposit of 50% of the total price. Please bring your own towels.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wir haben für unseren Besuch im Europa Park eine Unterkunft für 5 Personen mit 3 Schlafzimmern gesucht und gefunden. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Nicht ganz modern aber alles nötige da. Ein zweites Waschbecken wäre schön.

Danke, es war alles toll! Freundliche Gastgeberin , schöne große geräumige Küche , Schlafzimmer und Stube. Terrasse ist ebenso schön groß . Die FeWo bietet sich gut an für einen Besuch im Europapark , man kann sich danach wohlig entspannt ausruhen :)

Perfekte Lage für einen Besuch im Europapark. (Ca 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt) Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber und wir hatten für 8 Erwachsene ausreichend Platz. Besonders die Dachterasse hat uns gefallen, perfekt um abends gemütlich in der Gruppe zusammen zu sitzen :) Wir hatten nichts zu beanstanden und kommen gerne wieder.

Appartement idéal pour Europa Prk

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé pour 10 personnes. Idéalement situé pour visiter Europa Park à 10 mn à peine. Par contre la propriétaire ne parle qu’Allemand ( rien d’autre), la communication est donc très difficile. Les seules instructions en français sont de ne pas faire de bruit après 22h, le reste… il faut se débrouiller. Les places de stationnement étant toutes occupées à notre arrivées nous sommes restés dans la rue. La propriétaire habite au rez-de-chaussée, l’appart est au 1 er et il y a une autre location au 2eme, l’isolation étant mauvaise, nous avons été vraiment embêtés avec l’étage du dessus où séjournaient de jeunes enfants qui à 6h du matin étaient très très réveillés.

Schöner Europapark Kurztripp

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit drei getrennten Schlafzimmern. Ein guter Italiener wäre direkt ums Eck, falls man nicht selbst kochen möchte. Nachts wird die Heizung ausgeschaltet, deswegen sollte man sich im Winter warm anziehen. Aber man wird nicht erfrieren ;) WLAN hat bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert, war aber auch nicht nötig. Vllt sollte hier in einen neuen Router investiert werden, der ist nämlich ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Gibt eine Wunderschöne Terrasse mit Grill. Leider war unser Wetter nicht so gut, sonst hätten wir es uns dann draußen gemütlich gemacht. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Estancia en Kappel

La casa estaba bien ubicada para poder visitar la zona de la Alsacia y la Selva Negra. La limpieza era correcta. La comunicación con el dueño un poco complicada dado que solo hablaba alemán. El no tener lavadora creo que es un gran fallo, aunque hay que decir que nos dieron la posibilidad de lavarla ellos. Aun así creo que poder tener lavadora propia sería mas apropiado.
