The space
Our home is a single story 3BR/2BA house with cozy living and dining areas, kitchen, and laundry room on premise. The entire house was recently remodeled and includes all new stainless-steel appliances, furniture, high speed internet access, AC, washer/dryer, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, 1-car garage and free street parking. The location is accessible to major roads, streets, and interstates, such as: Northside Drive which connects you to Clinton, MS and north to Interstate 55; you are literally minutes to Interstate 220 which will connect you to Interstate 55 and Interstate 20. All these roads give you quick access to all the major Hospitals, Colleges, Universities, Stadium, Museums, Banks, Businesses, Downtown Jackson, Airport, Madison County and Rankin County.
All bedrooms have 1 queen bed, with comfortable mattress, smart TV, and 2 USB ports on nightstand.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house. This is a residential neighborhood. Having a car will be helpful.
Other things to note
The house is in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood. We ask that all our guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10PM – 7AM. No parties are allowed.
Please note there is a security camera at the exterior of the house but none in the interior.
