The Palm Lake Hollingsworth Luxury Family Retreat

Wonderful open space to host a large family getaway. Two homes on two lots will allow you to enjoy large family get togethers.

This lovely property features 3 Bedrooms in the main home with 1.5 bathrooms as well as a rear two story unit that has a full kitchen and bedroom upstairs with a master bathroom and also a downstairs bedroom and full bathroom for your enjoyment. If you're looking to find a place for a family get together this is definitely your spot. Large screen TV's in almost every room of the property will serve all of your TV watching needs. Please be sure to list the appropriate number of guests who will be on the property. Feel free to message us with any questions you may have.

We assess a $200 pet fee for the first dog and $50 pet fee for the second dog. We only allow dogs on our properties (NO CATS)

If you brought a dog, please check the yard for any waste you might have missed. Bag it up and toss it in the green bin before heading out. Thanks for keeping the area clean!
If you use the grill during your stay, please clean it before you leave to avoid extra cleaning charges. Thanks for helping keep things tidy!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be advised that after the cancellation period we do not allow ANY changes to a reservation that results in a refund.
Please do not allow pets on the furniture or in the beds. Cleanup fees are 100/hr to remove pet hair from the linens and furniture.

Excellent location with beautiful views. Only complaint was major construction going on the building specifically on our patio. Manager did let us know prior but it was too late to change unit or plans. He did compensate us for the inconvenience which was very kind. A lot of add on fees besides the nightly rate. We still enjoy our visit and had a great time.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE! We had a very disappointing experience with this host, Anthony Newman, and rental. We reserved and paid for the property in January 2025 for an April 2025 arrival, and received multiple confirmations for this address.When our group of nine arrived, we discovered the property had been triple booked — we had reserved the full 5-bedroom property through VRBO, and two other groups had also booked the property. All three groups arrived around the same time with one of the groups already in the house while we were entering the house with our provided entry code. Significant safety issue!Despite multiple calls to the host, there was no response. We were left with no choice but to cancel our reservation and scramble to find last-minute accommodations for nine people, which was extremely stressful and costly.After finally speaking with the host about four hours later, there was still no apology or attempt to help resolve the situation. We were forced to seek resolution directly through VRBO.Do not book any property with this host — he has multiple listings!

The house was roomy, clean. No seating available on deck we brought a couple camp chairs and made do. With 14 adults a half bath would have been helpful. But we were family and had a great time!
