Warehouse Hotel - An Urban Oasis; Event Space Sleeps Up to 80

We offer a boutique hotel warehouse overnight stay experience in Downtown St Louis. If you are traveling with a large group, want a memorable experience, and want to stay together, LOOK NO FURTHER! Absolute best downtown location, just a few blocks from all downtown activity- Sporting events, concerts, groups celebrating and convention or conference goers are our specialty.

Book our entire warehouse for 30-80 people. Perfect for large group stays, parties, reunions.. ect. Our entire warehouse can easily sleep up to 80 people with 4 kitchens and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Guests also have access to an ultimate game room and lounge (with billiards, darts, foosball, and 60 inch TVs). Additional features include main floor piano lobby, tiki bar, and a stage.

Our property includes an enormous gravel parking that is both free and secure (perfect for buses, RV's, and groups with multiple vehicles).

We book 2 people per bed, just like a hotel. If you need special bed arrangements simply ask. Accommodations are appointed based on the size of your group.

This is a unique and memorable overnight stay experience. Please note, our 3-story warehouse has stairs and no elevator. However, we do offer two 1st floor suites that are fully ADA accessible and sleep up to 10 each. Our facility is not ideal for children or elderly. If traveling with children or the elderly, please just let us know.
We do NOT typically accept reservations from local residents due to a history of attempted unauthorized parties which were canceled (without refund) before they started. For the safety and comfort of all guests, we do not allow unregistered visitors. Visitors are not allowed unless authorized in advance! Any Guests who misrepresent their intentions or their number of guests will result in a reservation cancellation WITHOUT a refund!
